Austex Tree Service was on time and very professional. I had one tree removed, a huge pile of bamboo chipped and three stumps taken out. Hale's team worked quickly and were finished in about 4 hours time! I was very satisfied.

Hale came out personally and spent a lot of time walking the property with us to discuss plans and options for our trees. I learned a lot from him! The crew did a great job and delivered on everything that was promised. We plan to us their services in the future.

They did an excellent job clearing 20+ years of brush and trees around a house on a few hilly acres. It took a couple of days but the results were amazing and helped quickly sell it. They were quick to respond and communicated via text with pictures. They also did a smaller job replacing a dead tree at another house which made the front yard look a lot better.

This was an amazing experience. We were shell shocked by some of the quotes we received from other trimmerss. Cheaper does not always mean better, but in this case it exceeded my expectations. We were leary about damage to our new roof and gutters, but austex took extreme care and avoided any limbs from falling on our roof. The climbers were like surgeons carefully removing large limbs without incident. We had a tree removed and three others were topped off because of the winter storm. All actvities were completed in two days and cleanup was great. Look forward to working with them in to the future.

Romero and his crew are honest, efficient, and do great work! Romero is very knowledgeable about the industry and what trees need to thrive. Very pleased with how our trees look. The crew was fast but paid great attention to detail! They definitely have our business for all our tree needs!

I received 5 different bids before finally choosing Austex tree service to remove 3 very large palm trees which had become overgrown to the point of becoming dangerous. In addition, I also went ahead and asked to have my 2 live oaks trimmed which had been neglected for far too long. The pricing was fair, straight up, and honest. The crew did an OUTSTANDING job. Absolutely outstanding (I can't emphasize that enough). They were respectful of my property, my neighbors property, highly courteous and professional - and highly skilled. As a general rule, I don't give recommendations, reviews, or endorsements. However, I am so pleased with how beautiful my trees look, and how this problem in my life has been painlessly resolved, that I am making an exception. +5 stars - would recommend!

I had Abraham and his crew out trimming three large oaks in my front yard that mean a lot to our family and home. The trees were in pretty dire need of some TLC as the previous homeowner had not trimmed them in about 15 years. Abraham was informative, responsive to my requests and questions, and very professional throughout the process. Our trees look amazing, the cleanup was thorough, and we couldn’t be any happier with our experience. We even received multiple compliments on how good the trees looked the same day.

All of this, and Austex even came in at almost half the price of other quotes I received, were able to come out the next day to provide an estimate, and completed the job in the same day as the estimate was given.

Our elm tree lost a major branch right on top of both our vehicles and our neighbor's truck. Mr. Hawkins, the owner, was extremely kind on the phone when I first called him and was still panicked and had no idea how we should proceed. He talked me through it and was here with an estimate the same day. He sent a crew over to remove the massive branch and free all three vehicles within hours of our insurance giving us the go-ahead.

The crew came back to finish the job once the ice had gone and it was safe to be up in the trees. Once again, they were very professional and did great job. In addition to removing what was left of the elm, they cleared up the epic mess that was in our backyard from our live oaks losing dozens of branches during the ice storm.

They left order where chaos had been and we are so grateful.

Had a great experience with Austex Tree Service today! We had a huge limb from a 20 year old Bradford pear tree unexpectedly fall on Sunday afternoon, and we were bummed. Called up Austex and the owner, Hale, answered and was super nice. He actually offered to come take a look that same day (on a Sunday evening!) and give us an estimate. He is very friendly and professional and we were relieved at the great price he quoted. It actually was so affordable that we were able to have the whole problematic, rotted tree removed with the stump ground down as well. Abraham and his crew came out as promised the very next morning and had the whole job, including clean up, completed quickly and efficiently! We are very pleased and thankful for their help during this stressful time and for giving us a good deal on an unexpected expense. The owner mentioned they also plant new trees. We'll definitely be going back to them for future projects!! Thank you! :-)

I have two oak trees that share the same space with branches. I had Austex come out to check why a limb had just fallen off one of the oaks - apparently it was broken by a previous company and finally fell to the ground about a year and a half later. So, first thing that was annoying was that the estimator who visited on Tuesday told me the crew might be able to come out on Wednesday or Thursday but he wasn't sure. They showed up on Thursday, completely unannounced, and began to work. They did a fairly nice job generally, but failed to prune the branches that were conflicting. Also, I was supposed to hand the workers a check for Austex to pay for the service. When the workers left without collecting the check, I immediately called to let Austex know. I offered to drop the check the next day, Friday. The owner(?) insisted on dropping by my house to pick up the check that evening. Fine. I asked about a receipt and he said I would be emailed one the next day (Friday). It's been 8 days, I've left a message, and I still do not have a receipt. Should have used Austin Tree Service!

Professional, reasonably priced, excellent work and a clean job site after they left.

This was my first time needing a tree trimming service so I called around, got ignored by multiple businesses, got outrageously overpriced quotes from others…then I called Austex Tree Service.

Their price was fair for the amount of work I needed and Hale even made recommendations. I took his advice, accepted his quote and his crew started the very next day. Mine was a large job but they sent multiple workers and covered it in one afternoon.

After the work was done, the foreman walked my property with me to ensure that I was happy with the finished product before payment was made. They left the site cleaner than it was before they arrived, like they were never there.

If you’re like me and this is your first time hiring a service like this or maybe just looking for a recommendation…hire this company. They will do you right! I’m very impressed with the level of service I received and the quality of work.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike @Austex -Tree Service for a couple of tree removals and stump grinding. The service was top notch. The communication was great, pricing was on point and the service was quick and professional. Looking forward to working with Mike again on future projects.

We have a weekend condo on Lake Travis and Dream Team did an excellent job deep cleaning! We come in every weekend from West Texas and the last thing we want to do is clean. We have them set up to come do a deep cleaning once a month! You do the same!
