Yesterday Team 20, Dominic and Devyn, cleaned my apartment and they did a wonderful job! I usually have Team 22 but Tammie is out for several weeks. Team 20 did a great job! Thank you TCA!

Adriana and Jose did our first cleaning and they did an incredible job! This was our first cleaning and we were a little scared as to how it was going to turn out but Adriana and Jose made the whole process flawless. They were kind and courteous and very welcoming! Devyn and Dominic are awesome! Detailed cleaning, yet fast. They are great with my dog. They are attentive to areas I forget about, and I love how they leave a list of what was worked on and what will be done during the next rotation. Excellent! Highly recommend.

I am so happy that I decided to book cleanings with this company! The communication has been spot on and I like knowing EXACTLY what is going to be done at each one of my scheduled cleanings. There's an easy mobile app and you can reschedule on it if needed as well as tip through it too! I have Team #26 coming every 2 weeks and both Nicole and Sandra are excellent at getting my house spic and span! I swear my guest bathroom tub has never been as clean as after they came and did the deep cleaning for it! I highly recommend this company. They can accommodate whatever cleaning schedule that you need and everything is very clear and laid out. If you have questions, you can call the local office and get answers. Reliable, on time, great service and cleanings. I'm looking forward to a long relationship because this mom has better things to do than clean! If only they did laundry too!

EDITED TO ADD: Sadly, they still don't do laundry but I'm still super happy with Nicole & Sandra's services! They never miss a cleaning and are such hard workers! Olivia came today for a random spot inspection and she's wonderful too! Book them now and have a clean house!

Santa and Mari did a wonderful job with my move-out clean. They were prompt, communicative, and incredibly thorough. The house looked fantastic when they were finished. I really appreciated their attention to detail and how easy they made the whole process. Highly recommend!

Although I was pleased with the overall cleaning. I was disappointed with their clerical procedures. I believe I was overcharged for services abd did not receive adequate justification for this company. I am sure that I can find a more reasonably priced company that may more customer centered.

This is my second cleaning from this company! The first cleaning was good with a few hiccups, but this team that came COMPLETELY out did themselves! And they did it with a smile on their faces! Outstanding is all I can say!!!

We 'are both blind so I cannot give you photos.
Most of the time we get the same team. They honor our requests. They thoroughly clean all surfaces, make our bed and mop our floors. The cleaning authority cleans our entire house. Each time they clean, they give additional attention to a part of the house on a rotating basis.
The app works well,. I can add a tip, see an upcoming schedule. It also tells me what part of the house will get extra attention.

I love my cleaning team of Argenis and Elidia from The Cleaning Authority! I can never get my cooktop as sparkling clean as they do. Besides being professional and efficient, they are also friendly and so nice to my two dogs.
