When we bought our new home, it was professionally cleaned by Two Maids Round Rock. We were so impressed that we booked them for a move out clean of our previous home before we put it on the market to sell. Bri was very responsive and answered all my questions during the booking process.
Cassandra and Aja did a phenomenal job. Cass walked the house with me so I could show her what we had already done and where we needed them to focus. The deep clean on our bathrooms was spot on. We look forward to booking again with Cass and Aja at our new home for continued cleanings.

Adrianna did a wonderful job deep cleaning! She brought her own supplies and products. I appreciated her sending me a message she was on her way when about 15 minutes out. Adrianna was professional, friendly, and thorough.Our house looks and feels great! Thank you, Adrianna!

Do not waste your money. Horrible customer service. You pick a time slot and show up when they want. The first time was 2 hours late but the cleaning was decent at least. The second time was 5 hours early. We scheduled for 3. They called at 10. When my husband explained he works from home they can't come till 3 they still showed up at 1:30. I told them they did not have to make the beds or worry about the toys in the kids rooms. I even closed one room entirely. Just worry about the bathrooms and make sure to dust very well because that's the main thing I don't have time for. I clean my house but with 3 kids and sports I don't have time to dust or wipe down the blinds or vents. We also have cameras set up throughout the house because our kids are still small. The guy who cleaned upstairs clearly hates his job. I watch him throw everything he picked up just aggravated to be here. He even broke the bottom piece off my shower. The house is a year old. Mind you, I'm also cleaning my house and doing laundry while they're here. So when they sneak out and i go look upstairs and see the mess still left Im furious. Essentially all they did was clean the toilets and vacuum. I could have done that myself. My husband finally gets through to someone to say look at how they left and shows them the pictures. In which their solution is we'll send someone back out to clean it. By this time I've already done it all myself. I'm not a princess, I just needed some help to keep up with it all. I'm also not about to allow someone who doesn't respect my things back into my home and damage more stuff. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable company. These are just a bunch of kids with no respect for other people's things that we've worked so hard for.

Today Tiffany came to clean my house. My house is quite big and I was worried it would not get done very well with just one person. However, she worked away for several hours until everything was touched. It was great!

We have had the Two Maids service for 8 months now, and we have really enjoyed their services! Mercedes, Sam, and Jasmine have all done a consistently great job with the house cleaning! Not only do they do a fantastic job, but they are always so friendly and kind. We highly recommend Two Maids :)

The two ladies showed up timely. I gave a brief walk through and shared my expectations with them. They went right to work and not much longer after that I began to hear the squeaky clean sound and a very fresh smell from where I was working in my office. They work efficiently, fast, quietly, but was very thorough. I completed a walk through when they were just about done and while they cleaned my office. Both ladies did a great job. My floors are shining, blinds are dust free, my oven is clean and vacuum tracks every person loves is evident throughout my home.
I would definitely choose this service again.

Two Maids always does an amazing job! We purchased a deep clean originally, and then started doing a monthly clean and have been so thankful for the regular cleaning. Hannah has cleaned our house the most often and always does a great job. I’m so appreciative that they clean things we don’t always have time for. For instance, Hannah scrubbed my baseboards this time around. She often wipes my blinds, something I never think about. I’m so thankful for the bathroom cleans, because cleaning the bathroom is my least favorite chore. My favorite part is going into the weekend/new month with a clean house.

A deep clean is a waste of time and money. They even came out to review an and it looked no different then a basic clean. I’m having to go over everything again and actually do the cleaning I paid for half price deal and left my house with my dogs in the heat for hours thinking it would only be 3 hours ended up being an all day event because they sent one person out. My house was to big for one person to deep clean and she didn’t even mop used one of those spray deals that made the floor sticky her vacuum left dirt all over things were not moved pike trash can to clean behind. Rugs were not vacuumed by doors. They offered a revelation no charge then when the 2 showed up that day they still missed tons and then were called and told to leaves they were only supposed to do a few things not truly a “re clean”. They offered me the last two month of the 6 month reoccurring service half off but honestly I don’t feel comfortable having them back to my home. I don’t trust them and the way they cleaned left my bed which is a sleigh bed foggy wood. I also noticed a box with a sliding lid I put keys and sometimes money in it was open right after they left. No need to open it to clean it. Very discouraging. All these photos were after first and second deep clean. I used a wet paper towel to wipe trim they were supposed to clean.

Nina & Mercedes were fantastic! They did a thorough deep clean that left my house looking spotless. They made sure to ask for feedback on each room, which really showed they cared about getting it right. 10/10 would recommend. Price is right as well!

I will never use their services ever again. It was awful. Nothing was done. The maids were busy listening music or news to their phones than cleaning. The counter tops, appliances were dusty , bathrooms were halfway cleaned. I even review them in the camera because I was confused why the house is still dusty for having 2 maids cleaning. They barely wipe the counters. Horrible service.

I am in awe of the cleaning by my forever maids Olivia and Elsa! My home not only smells fresh, but looks absolutely amazing. I never thought to arrange my stuff in the manner they did. I'm too old to be bothered and I'm more than delighted that I turned over my cleaning to Two Maids of Round Rock! Thanks ladies. See you next week!

I received a raving review from the buyer client on a deep cleaning. Jordan did a thorough clean of a 3000 sq foot home. I will definitely use Two Maids again and plan to start using for my own home on a recurring basis soon.

We are fairly new customers of Two Maids and so far (after a deep clean and 4 recurring visits) we are extremely pleased! Jasmine cleaned for us twice now and she is very thorough and a good listener too.
The house smells and looks great when she’s done and, with three dogs (one that sheds a lot in Summer), that is saying something.

I cannot express how blessed I feel by having Two Maids come today! Promise, Deangelo and Rachel were amazing in getting our house perfectly clean! Setup monthly cleanings and they were timely. They did a good job, but they kept yelling across the home at each other for doing things incorrectly or not being able to find things. Seemed almost as if my kids were being asked to clean. Unfortunately our financial circumstances have changed and we need to cancel our service. We have tried using the portal, email, text and phone and have not received a response to cancel.

Before setting up our cleanings, we were almost pestered by the amount of contact and now we can’t reach anyone by any means. Going to have to cancel my card and file a complaint with the proof of messages with BBB and franchise.
