While they arrived on time, and cleaned most of the home, they did not clean some areas that should have been done to get the home ready for sale. They were surprised to see people in the home despite the fact that i told them that my friends family lives there half the week still. I contacted them the next day to relay that my friends pantry was not cleaned at all (on Saturday). When I got to the home to review it myself on the following Monday, I noticed that the matter bathroom shelves hadn't been wiped, and the stairs were not vacuumed, the entire upstairs was given a very minimal vacuum. I contacted them again, via text and call, and was called back later in the day. The home was going on the market the next day, so I had already cleaned the pantry and had to vacuum the stairs and upstairs myself. I told them as much when they offered to come and fix the issues, and told them we were about to leave the home. I asked if we can get a refund for those items or credit back for another service (which i feel is fair, instead of immediately posting a bad review). They said they would tell the service department and get back to be. That was over a week ago. I called again earlier this week, and texted, asking for a response and for a receipt for the cleaning. They have not answered either of these requests or fixed any issue. They haven't even emailed me my receipt. I definitely do NOT recommend working with them, they appear to be the opposite of trustworthy and only care about clients when they make the initial appointment call. I feel I wasted hundreds of dollars for poor quality and poor customer service.

Guadalupe does an amazing job cleaning my home. She never misses anything. LOVE coming home to her smiling face and clean home!

The cleaners are great but the admin staff for scheduling has given me headache in the past. I stick with them for the cleaning but I wouldn’t recommend them unless you have lots of patience for dealing with the admin staff. They offered to make things up with a free deep cleaning but they didn’t do it as offered. I wasn’t too upset though because at least on that appointment there was not stress from issues with the scheduling (which is rare). I’d recommend them in the future if I felt like they could handle more business but right now they struggle with organization with their current clients.

The time and detail that Trustworthy Cleaning Service is far above beyond expectations. When the crew comes by they always leave with everything looking just phenomenal. I am partially disabled and they take the extra effort to help me get things I just can't do. I have not been let down yet and I highly recommend the team to take care of your cleaning needs. I usually take a few more photos just to take in everything they have done. The main office is there to help out as well and they are very quick on response so pat on the back for them too!

I've been using Trustworthy Cleaning Service for almost a year. They clean my apartment twice a month and couldn't be happier! Thier rates are very reasonable, compared to other maid services. The office staff is always friendly and very responsive. My only complaint is sometimes the crew runs late and comes at a different time than what I planned for. The cleaning crew does a great job, and I highly recommend them.
