House Cleaning reviews in Round Rock, Texas

I would not reccomend this cleaning company. One of the housekeepers broke my custom blinds to the point of needing a replacement. I discovered it while they were there because they didn't communicate it to me. I contacted manager Bri to address the issue. She agreed that they were responsible for covering the costs for replacement. After weeks of going back & forth to get my refund they only refunded me for the cost of the blinds but not the installation. I've reached out several times to find out why they didn't fully cover the total cost - no response. The cleaning happened back in May and this still isn't fully resolved. Very poor customer service and I don't appreciate them not taking full responsibility by covering all the charges associated with damages caused by their housekeepers

I have been a customer for over a year and love it! Some people do a better job than others so you may want to find the right person and service for you.
I am not physically able to mop or vacuumed so we have the main areas of our house done and one master bedroom/bath. Jasmine has been great and thorough in the complting all that is included in our package. We had other people in the past who only did a basic touch up clean but once we contacted the office to verify our package and what's included they quickly switched our people. Highly recommend!!

I tried these guys because of the high reviews. My experience was extremely disappointing!! I purchased a deep cleaning with the hopes of continuing biweekly cleaning. I asked them to focus on the main floor, upstairs game room and bathroom (1000sqft) The cleaning I got from two young girls was below average. So much was missed or just ignored completely. Very disappointing cleaning for $368.
Bri mentioned a redo and mentioned the previous girls hadnt been leads before.. just helpers. Two more young girls came for a second visit, and told me they were told by bri to only to do high dusting, baseboards, and blinds. They too missed/ignored areas, and left my house with dust and dirt all over my wood floors, skipped/missed window seals, broke blinds. They even mentioned the first girls missed a lot, but a redo left my house dirtier than they found it. I would not recommend two maids cleaning services!!!

Hannah & Tiffany did an excellent job. They were both personable and professional. They deep cleaned my baseboards and doors. It cost about twice as much as my monthly lady but they did three times the work easily. I am so glad I scheduled a two maids cleaning and will definitely do so again.

Two Maids house keeping is a great service. We hired them to do a deep clean on our home and I was very happy with their attention to detail and couldn't be happier with the work that Rowan and Olivia did in each and every room. Thank you so much. Definitely will consider another service.

Tiffany and Cedes did an absolutely amazing job deep cleaning my house today. They were thorough, professional, and left every room spotless. Everything looks and feels fresh and clean. Highly recommend their services—thank you both.

I hate to be “that person” when it comes to a review, but this is what it has come to. I paid for a deep clean and was really willing to pay the expense. The scheduling process was so easy and the women who came were so nice! Now to the difficult part… after about 3 hours in our apartment we came home to a house that felt… well, not “deep cleaned”. After a look around the apartment there were very obvious things not dusted, our floors were not mopped (could still see smudges, etc.), just really not what I was expecting for what we paid. I should have known based on the amount of cleaning supplies (or lack there of) that was brought to our house. I would have happily paid a fraction of the cost for what I got… but that is not the case. Also, although I am a big advocate for “as long as the job gets done I don’t care when you do it”, when I look at my Nest camera and see that they are sitting down for 15-20 minutes at a time, I get frustrated. I was happily displacing myself from my home to accommodate for this clean and I realize that a fraction of the time was spent not cleaning… very discouraging. Now Two Maids DID reach out to come re-clean, but I missed the call. I have called back the past few weeks (3 times total) but to no avail. Wishing this would be made right.

Another outstanding clean by my friends at Two Maids! Cedes was back with Marisol, and the two did an EXCELLENT job cleaning our home from top to bottom. This visit they also got all of our baseboards, and even my husband commented on how clean the house was after they left.

My husband is sensitive to the smell of cleaning products, so I love that they keep that note in our file and only clean with disinfectant and hot water. We are tickled pink as always! Thanks again, Ladies!! If you are looking for top-notch, trustworthy cleaners in the Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Georgetown, and surrounding areas, I highly recommend Two Maids. Had my first cleaning by Gina and Nina of Two Maids. They were very thorough and had me check everything before they left. They arrived with great energy and did a great job in such a quick time! Definitely would recommend to family and friends.

These guys are fantastic. With how busy I am all of the time in my own career and my own business going up and being built I hardly have time for anything “life” wise, I was STRESSING about getting out of my apartment, and getting it deep cleaned while working so much. I recommend them to Anybody and everybody for anything. Absolutely spotless clean, I’m so grateful!

We had this scheduled for over two weeks, and this morning as we were waiting, I texted to to get eta, only to be told that ALL their cleaners called out, and is trying to find contractors. I’m having surgery in two weeks and desperately needed a deep clean since we moved into this house. So disappointing.

Couldn’t be more satisfied with the effort, level of cleaning and price that Two Maids in Round Rock delivered for us. Went for a Deep Clean, am now happy to have set up recurring service.

Update: biweekly service has been a great move. Wonderful to have consistency with who comes over is very helpful as well.

I've been using Two Maids for a couple of Months now and love the service.
Makenna and Felicia were here today and the house is amazing - so fresh and clean!
They always exceed my expectations. The rooms look fantastic, organized and the house smells great! I wish I could get them here more often!
If you're contemplating the service, I say go for it. I waited too long to start this. I can finally take some extra time to relax knowing everything is in order.

My wife and I were very excited after booking the deep clean service for our first home. The previous home owners were a little dirty and we needed this deep clean to be done before moving in. After we received the green light that the clean was compete we decided to head over to drop some boxes off in the garage, along with checking on the cleaning that took place. Walking into the home after the "deep clean" we clearly saw areas that were rushed and/or completely missed. As instructed from the cleaning instructions, we look several pictures of the areas that were missed and sent them over right away to schedule our re-clean. I felt there might have been some miscommunication. After sending over the pictures they scheduled the cleaners to come back right away. Once the cleaners finished with the re-clean we decided to head back to drop more boxes off and check on the service. The baseboards looked cleaner, but we still found a ton of areas that were rushed and/or missed. Attached to this review you will see before and after pictures. The before pictures are the results after the re-clean. The after pictures are the results after I cleaned the areas myself. Early this week I requested a refund since I had to re-clean most of the house myself and was told I would hear back 4pm Tuesday, July 5th. It is now July 8th and after many call attempts I finally received the answer that I will not be getting a refund, but that they will try to speak with their higher-ups.

No attention to details! This was the first time I used them and unfortunately the last! I planned on being monthly reoccurring. They left so many un wiped windows, counters and surfaces. They didn’t even wipe down my kitchen appliances or fridge door! I had to go back and re do so much! for that I would have done it myself! They didn’t empty out the trash in the office or laundry room. Forgot to sweep and mop my half bathroom. The way they made my bed was laughable. They put the quilt backwards and arranged it weird.They say they bring all the cleaning products but told me they didn’t have products to clean my shower glass stains because they are not allowed to use bleach. I let them use my Meyer products which don’t have bleach and it worked.(moral of the story u can still carry products that work without bleach) it just felt like I had to keep telling them they missed things and even after they left I found so much more. Never again!!!

Wouldn’t recommend this company at all! The cleaning was AWFUL and then I was refused a reasonable refund. The girl was lazy and slow and didn’t do HALF of what I was promised for a move out clean. I asked multiple times prior to scheduling if this was a true move out clean, with every surface and cabinet being cleaned, inside and out, and they assured me they cleaned all surfaces inside and out and that they were sending a team. They send one girl, who showed up late, and then did a terribly half job. These photos are from AFTER the move out clean. Unacceptable. Their excuse for not refunding me is that the girl was there for 8 hours and I needed to at least pay for that. Insane.

We had Patty and Adrianna at our place today and it was so lovely to walk into our home feeling refreshed.
They focused on ceiling fans, bathrooms, and floors.
Their communication was excellent and I will be looking to have them clean again in the future.

I used Two Maids again today in preparation for Christmas. Erika did my cleaning and I’m very happy with it! I highly recommend both Erika and the company!🎄Mercedes and Erika cleaned my apartment today. They did a fantastic job. I couldn’t be happier! This was the first time I used the Two Maids service and I’ll definitely use them again ♥️.
