Blue Lagoon has been servicing our pool weekly for the last year and has done an awesome job! They also did such a great job figuring out a leak we had in the pool. We originally had several pool companies come out to try to figure it out and they told us we needed to re plaster the whole pool! Blue Lagoon came out and did several extensive tests and figured out that there was a leak in a pipe beside the pool and fixed it. Very happy with the job they did. They always communicated well with us to let us know what was happening, the costs, and the time frame. Highly recommend them!

Had an excellent pool build experience with Blue Lagoons Pools and Spa. Quality of their work is outstanding and the pool and spa came out excellent y! The total build took a little longer than planned but that was because Mother Nature decided to keep raining at the start, but they did a nice job trying to catch up! Very happy with the end result!

Highly recommend. The Blue Lagoons team did a great job communicating throughout the project, their work is high quality and prices are very competitive (shopped multiple pool designer/builders). Their team places you on a text string at the start of the project so you have access to design, project management and the scheduling team without have to call multiple people (very efficient). They also do a great job scheduling each stage of the job and proactively communicate changes due to weather etc. So glad I chose Blue Lagoons and the finished product is fantastic!

Blue Lagoon delivered a work of art in my back yard. The Pool they created is absolutely beautiful. We had some communication issues with the landscape company, and I ended up having to pay out of my pocket to get it fixed, but Blue Lagoon compensated me for the issues.

Pete the owner really is a good guy and responsible business owner. He made sure I was happy and made corrections to the issues we had.

His team made sure that we were 100% happy with our pool and went above and beyond to get 5 stars from me. Salvador even showed me the best way to clean my filters and the tools needed for the job since I wanted to do it myself.

We just finished construction on our new pool with Blue Lagoons Pools & Spas. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are thrilled with the final product. From design, throughout construction, to post build, everyone we encountered has been respectful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Our finished pool is exactly what we described we wanted and within our timeline and budget. Communication throughout the process was consistent, accurate, and someone was readily available either on site or via phone to answer any questions. This company truly is about customer service and ensuring the customer is pleased every step of the way. We genuinely enjoyed working with this company and would do it again in a heartbeat!

We had a very large remodeling project that included replacing plaster, decking, coping, tile, light, diving board, some pool equipment and filling in a spa and installing turf. The scope felt a little overwhelming to us and some of the quotes we received from companies were astronomical. Others told us we’d have to hire our own contractors for some of the work because their company didn’t handle ALL of the items we needed. It was a relief to find Blue Lagoons because their pricing was in line with what we were budgeting and they arranged all the trades. We had a group text with all the people working on our project so we could stay informed and ask questions at any time. We ended up using them for our weekly pool service too. I’m very happy with the finished product and we’ve received a lot of compliments.

As anyone would do when searching for the best company to build our pool, we conducted extensive research and spoke with several companies. This wasn't our first pool build in Texas, so I had learned a lot from the previous experience about what I liked and disliked.

I don't mind admitting that I'm a demanding customer; the quality, design, and execution had to meet my visual expectations and align with the value I expected for my investment. There was no room for shortcuts or subpar workmanship.

From my initial interaction with LeeAnn (who co-owns the company with her husband Jason), it was evident that she understood her clientele and was committed to executing the project to the highest standards with top-quality workmanship.

LeeAnn's communication style was open and honest, and she welcomed all of my feedback—both the positive and the concerns. In any large project, there will inevitably be issues, and ours was no exception. I didn't hesitate to speak up, and LeeAnn and Jason didn't hesitate to act.

The key to choosing the right company to build our pool was how they handled these issues and concerns, and I'm happy to say they exceeded our expectations.

Our project manager, Alex, was also exceptional, always available to answer my questions and address any concerns at every stage.

The final result is a pool that not only met but in some areas exceeded our expectations. We wholeheartedly recommend BL if you’re looking for a quality pool build paired with an exceptional customer service experience.

I met with several pool companies before hiring blue lagoons. Michael at Blue Lagoons was very informative on his initial visit. He helped go over my wants for the new pool and was thorough explaining design features. Within just a few days he was able to get my 3d rendering and make a few small changes I requested. The other 2 companies did not send me anything back for 2 weeks. I went in to this process very skeptical about the build time as I have multiple co-workers and friends who all built or where in the process of building pools which took 9 months. Michael assured me the build time was about 3 months and they delivered on that promise. My favorite thing about this process was how involved and informed I was. They created a group chat with all of the employees and owners and gave me an update every Friday on what was completed and what to expect the following week. Never in the process did I ask a question that wasn't immediately answered. If you are looking for a quality pool, great customer service and quick build time I highly encourage you to do yourself a favor and choose Blue Lagoons for your project.

Jason, LeeAnn and their team at Blue Lagoon were constant professionals, finished ahead of schedule, and more importantly, on budget! Ours was a pool remodel and from water drain to water refill, the process lasted 3.5 weeks. Their team was available for any questions we had from design to upkeep. The Blue Lagoons is the best!!! They built the exact pool we wanted and did it within 12 weeks (a little under) as promised. They are very easy to work with and their pool design team and software is amazing. Don’t look anywhere else. The entire process was easy and stress free.

With many choices out there for pool companies I must say we are extremely grateful that we chose Blue Lagoon to build us a beautiful backyard oasis.
