I've had Advanced Texas Air Conditioning handle AC issues for me in the past and was pleased with their service, but sometimes you don't really know what kind of company you're working with until things go very wrong. That's what happened with my air conditioning, with a backed up drain causing flooding damage through the kitchen ceiling. Advanced Texas Air Conditioning responded very quickly to my urgent call and someone was onsite incredibly fast. They handled the AC drain issue and installed a new component that will allow the drain to be purged so it doesn't happen again. They are well connected and they leveraged their contractor contacts to help me get sorted on the collateral damage. They are skilled technicians and their communications were timely and effective from the first contact. They're really good people and a really good company. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I recently had my old air conditioning unit replaced, and the entire experience was fantastic. A huge shoutout to Justin Brown, the lead technician, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the moment he arrived, Bruce and his team (Justin, Jerry & Mason) were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain every step of the process. They even offered tips on how to maintain the unit for optimal performance, which I really appreciated.

The installation itself was seamless. The team worked efficiently and left my home spotless afterward, even putting down protective covers to ensure no damage to the floors. The new unit is incredible—my house cools down faster than ever, and it's much quieter.

Bruce and his crew recently installed a new system in our home. We weren't sure if we needed a new system or if the existing one could be serviced. Update to this review: The Building Inspector who came to inspect the install of the HVAC system was highly complimentary of the work done and equipment installed by Bruce. Recommended staying with this company as they are good at what they do! Pretty high praise.

Highly recommend Advanced Texas Air Conditioning. The owner, Bruce, was responsive and communicated well through every step of the process, from taking the call on Sunday afternoon, when the old unit went out, through the final inspection of the newly installed HVAC system. He was available, punctual, reliable, and answered all questions, explaining things in terms that were understandable. He showed concern for the situation and was very down-to-earth, knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. It was like doing business with a trusted friend. His crew was efficient, polite, hardworking, and cleaned up everything behind themselves. Even dealing with Janna, over the phone, was a pleasure. Have already recommended this company to a couple of friends.

I’ve been using Bruce and his guys for 5+ years. He works on my home units and my AC at my business. Bruce the owner always answers the phone, always makes the effort to be there for you, gets the job done at a reasonable price. I never have to worry about the service and care he offers to me. I refer him to everyone I know that needs their AC serviced or replaced. At this point he is like family. So happy we found him when we moved to Texas.

I've used Advance Texas Air twice as a Realtor to do an inspection. Both times these guys have done a fantastic job. Today, John and Jerry met me in Coppell and inspected my buyers soon to be HVAC system. They were on time, professional and explained their findings to my client. I highly recommend them!

I had an issue with my AC not being able to turn on after I arrived back home from a vacation. I was unable to figure out why the unit was not working and needed some more techincal assistance. I am very glad that I contacted Advanced Texas Air Conditioning for my needs - they were able to arrive the very same day and assess the problem. Bruce arrived at my house quickly and was able to figure out what was causing my problem very fast and also repaired a furnance wiring that was incorrectly installed. I felt that the price was extremely reasonable and affordable and am very thankful for having my AC running again before the heat of the summer! Thank you so much and I will be contacting this company again if I have any other AC problems.

I have used Advanced Texas Air since they first started and have recommended them many times to family and friends. They give honest assessments and will work to repair, rather than immediately want to replace as so many other companies do. If the repair is a short term fix, they’ll tell you that also so you can decide what you want to do. Bruce and his team are first class service without the bull,

We are so glad to have Advanced service our HVAC systems. Knowing they are working and safely operating our natural gas heaters as well as our air conditioners during the Texas summers.

Bruce is great...I had my furnace installed a few years back and have had no issues. Fast forward to this month and my air conditioner went out. I tried to work with my warranty company to no avail so I called again and received excellent service and it was very timely.

He explains everything to you as far as what is needed and what is not a long with all regulations that may affect the HVAC system.

I just had two A/C technicians at my home, Justin & Matthew and I couldn't be more impressed. Both men were kind, professional, and respectful throughout the visit. They took the time to explain everything to me clearly and in a way that I could easily understand, which I truly appreciated. It's clear that whoever hired them knew exactly what they were doing—these are top-quality professionals who represent the company with excellence.

A/C coil pack replaced under warranty. Very pleased with the service. Crew was very professional and did a great job.

Bruce and team are great! They quickly replaced our dying system with a great new system. We now have a reliable system that has awesome modern features and improved efficiency.

Bruce and his team did an excellent job in installing a new heating pump. They were professional and they showed up on time. Taking out the old unit and making sure the new unit was installed and working before leaving. He even helped by adding vents in the bathroom. That didn't have any before. His team was also able to blow in insulation to my attic at a small cost more.

The two technicians who came to check our heating system were very professional and knew what they were doing! We are long time customers of this company and have known the owner for many years. This is a top-notch company, and we highly recommend them!!!

Justin and Jerry did a great job and were in and out in less than an hour. I will always explicitly ask for Justin because I can ask questions about his process and tools. Justin explains what he is doing, why he's doing it, and how to interpret the numbers from various tools.
