I called them as a second option because the first company I called was 3 hours late. I let them know I had a baby at home and the house was warming up fast since our a/c was not working. Jack was sent out right away. He was fast and straight forward with what he did and did not charge us labor as he didn’t find anything wrong. It just started working as he was doing his diagnostics. That’s how you know they don’t try to upcharge you. Will make sure they are my first option next time something goes wrong with our a/c!

If all the people I deal with in life were like those at Arthur Heat and Air, I would have no stress in my life!! I had a new heat pump installed last winter and bought the maintenance plan Arthur offers. Both Nerio and Abel are knowledgeable and efficient, and just fun. Abel was just here for the spring check up of my system and helped me understand how it works best for my home in summer. Call the office, Katy is a dear and will get you set up.

Wanted to take a quick minute to say how impressed I was with Jack. He is definitely an asset to your company. His knowledge, ability to help me understand things, and friendly demeanor was refreshing. Even if we are not able to connect at this point on current work (not decided yet), I'm definitely going to let friends know that they should try you guys out plus keep you high in my AC contact list.
