I had an issue with our water heater and called Pope Plumbing. We were able to get quick service and the workers were extremely helpful and friendly and fixed the issue within minutes. I highly recommend them and will use Pope in the future. Thank you so much!

I called Pope plumbing initially to get a bid on moving some plumbing around in my kitchen. The lady that took my call was pleasant and helpful in helping schedule a plumber come out to my home to bid the work. I let her know I needed to know the time they will be coming out due to my busy schedule. She informed me the only way they could guarantee a time is to be a “first call.” She did not have any first calls available for several days, but we went ahead and scheduled the appointment out for the day they had available. Fast forward to the day of service, it’s 5 minutes past the “guaranteed first call” and no plumber present. I then received a call from Pope Plumbing stating they are running behind and it will be another 30 minutes. WHAT!? What happened to the “first call?” How are you running behind if I was the first call? I specifically scheduled this appointment several days out at that specific time and moved everything around on my schedule to make this work. Save yourself several headaches and empty promises and take your business elsewhere. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Michael and Josh serviced the water leak underneath my house today. I was very impressed with them both! They were extremely knowledgeable and talked me through each step of the process. I was so pleased with the customer service of this company from beginning to end. They were affordable and did a great job!
