I can’t recommend Wasden Plumbing enough. After a nightmarish experience with Berkeys, Wasden came in, solved the problem quickly and ethically, and reminded me what honest, high-quality service looks like.

I originally contacted Berkeys because I didn’t have hot water. The technician who came out immediately told me I needed to replace my entire water heater for $2,700. He claimed water heaters have to be replaced every six years, didn’t check for leaks, and refused to drain the tank to inspect for sediment. When I asked him to at least try, he warned me that doing so could cause the tank to disintegrate from buildup and flood my house. I was scared into replacing it. But after spending thousands, I still didn’t have hot water.

Berkeys then sent the same technician back — the one who hadn’t solved the problem the first time. He said the issue was a valve in my shower, replaced it, and then tried to charge me another $500. I told him I didn’t think I should have to pay for a repair that only became necessary because of his original misdiagnosis. He rolled his eyes at me and got defensive. I pushed back and said, “You told me water heaters need to be replaced every six years, but I looked it up and found they typically last 10 to 15 years.” He doubled down and said, “Well, in all my years of experience, they last six.” He couldn’t have been older than 30.

Eventually, and clearly annoyed, he waived the charge — but the whole exchange was condescending and uncomfortable. And to top it off, replacing the valve still didn’t fix the problem.

When I got my water bill, I realized I had a leak. I called Berkeys and specifically asked for a different technician moving forward, because I no longer trusted the first one. They promised to send someone else — but then I got a notification on my phone that the same rep was on his way again. I called them to advise of this and they blamed their dispatch team, and sent someone else.

Another Berkeys tech came out, checked the meter, and told me I had both a hot and cold water leak. They sent a leak specialist who was apologetic about my previous experience. He told me I needed a full-house repipe for $17,000, and that it wasn’t worth trying to locate the leak — though they’d do it for $400. I declined and said I needed to seek a second opinion.

A trusted realtor, Micah Allen from Keller Williams Rockwall (incredible realtor with top notch service) recommended Wasden Plumbing, and I’m beyond grateful they did.

Matt from Wasden showed up and immediately made me feel at ease. He was kind, communicative, and incredibly knowledgeable. He actually listened to what I was experiencing, asked thoughtful questions, and explained everything he was doing step-by-step. He quickly found the true issue: a single hot water leak. The reason the water meter had made it seem like there were both hot and cold leaks was because cold water was crossing into the hot line. It was simple — and fixable.

Wasden resolved everything quickly, with no scare tactics, no upselling, and no pressure. The total cost? $1,300 — a fraction of what Berkeys quoted me. And it was done right.

They treated me with honesty and respect from start to finish. Their pricing was fair, their work was efficient, and their communication was excellent. They showed up when they said they would, kept me informed, and genuinely cared about doing right by me as a customer.

Wasden Plumbing is everything a plumbing company should be — professional, trustworthy, skilled, and compassionate. I will never use anyone else. I only wish I had found them sooner.

Wasden Plumbing was very transparent and honest throughout the process of finding the leak and formulating the least intrusive plan to repair our leak. They were professional and knowledgeable.

I had a problem with the bottom pipe on my sink coming undone and leaking. They came out the same day I called and charged me a fraction of the price that a big corporate plumbing company the previous year charged to “fix” this. Wasden actually took the time to explain why the problem was happening and offered solutions to prevent it from happening again after they fixed it. Blown away with the professionalism and customer service today. Will be using them for all future plumbing needs!

So, the tank on the toilet was leaking due to it being loose. Wasden was great! I called on Saturday to schedule an appt for Monday. They asked what the problem was and when I explained it, he actually offered to come by right then to make sure the water was off so I wouldn't have to deal with standing water in there for 2 days, which I thought was above and beyond nice! So Jonathon came within 10-15 minutes, made sure the water was off and it wasn't leaking and left to go to Ft Worth. I can't say enough about how good and efficient Aaron and helper were this morning - they got it done in about 30 minutes so I could get to work. Wasden is definetely my go-to plumbers!

I contacted Wasden Plumbing Services at 4:20 PM on a Wednesday. the repairs were completed by 11:15 AM the next morning and at 40% less than another bid. I can't thank or recommend them enough.

I’ve used them 5 or 6 times now. They are always helpful and I’m very pleased with the job they do. Also reasonably priced.

My husband and I are particular when it comes to letting people work on our home, but we will always call Wasden plumbing anytime we need a plumber. We will not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and neighbors. Wasden’s customer service is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed speaking with Jonathan Wasden and his wife. We felt as if we were friends and not a business transaction.

His team, especially Tyson and Hayden, were absolutely wonderful! The did an amazing job changing the location of our hot water heater to our attic, installing our new tankless, installing our whole home water filtration system and bypass, and installing our Moen water monitor and shutoff. Tyson and Hayden promptly answered and addressed any questions or concerns that we had. They were extremely informative and kind, their attention to detail was impeccable, and they left the area immaculate.

If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and affordable plumber who truly knows what they’re doing, Wasden Plumbing is the only call you need to make. Thank you guys again for saving me (and my yard) finally!

Day after Christmas they came with smiles on their faces ready to do whatever was needed to help my problem! I thought it was a lot worse than what it was and as always this company is professional, kind, knowledgeable and always doesn't excellent job! Tyson and Landon were amazing!

Always prompt and trustworthy. I had two outside leaky faucets and thought I would have to replace but they fixed them and saved me a bunch of money. Other plumbers would just replace and take the paycheck. I would recommend their service to anyone having plumbing issues.

They did 7 other plumbing jobs beside installing and hauling off old toilet. They went over everything with me and showed me pictures of the under sink repairs. Ok sorry for the late posts however I thought I had posted it but it was never sent I must say this is one of the most professional accurate sufficient awesome wonderful spectacular plumbing companies I've ever seen in my life.
