The best crew was the flooring team we could not believe how hard they worked. They have gone above and beyond for us. We are so grateful for there entire team. I’ve faced significant challenges working with this general contractor. Despite receiving full payment well in advance, the completion of the job has been substantially delayed. My dental practice was initially set to open in October 2023, and after several postponements, the grand opening was rescheduled from December to late January. Unfortunately, the premises were not ready for patient appointments until late February. As of today, July 22, 2024, the work remains unfinished, and my repeated requests for the HVAC warranty documents have gone unanswered.

Installed HVAC unit in a space that can't be serviced even to change a filter. Spent over a year and a half trying to get them to make it right by adding an access panel. They kept telling us on multiple occasions they would come out in a couple weeks and every time would not show up. Have refused to respond to any more attempts to get them out. Have incurred further water damage from the inability to access the unit. Multiple HVAC companies have refused to work on unit because the way it was installed. This is just one of many issues we had with this company. Would highly recommend finding another contractor for any build out needs.

Our experience with Denco Medical Construction Specialists has been the best compared to other builders we have worked with. This is our 4th office build-out, and the entire team at Denco Medical, especially Brad, Charles, and Danny, have been amazing! They finished the project in a timely manner and gave us a beautiful office! We are so grateful!!!

Exodus Construction replaced our hail damaged roof. They are truly a turn-key contractor. They worked with the insurance company and us to make this process unbelievably easy. The new roof is beautiful, and it was a total pleasure doing business with Exodus Construction.

Exodus replaced my roof due to hail damage, and had some screens replaced and my fence re-stained. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. I am very pleased with the quality of the roof itself, and the installation went fine. We ended up having rain around the time of the install and they worked around it, keeping me informed as to the game plan as we went. I would definitely recommend them, and plan on using them again for more house projects!

EDIT: I am taking off a star. I had plumbing work done, and there were a few issues. They did some work on the upstairs toilet and when I went upstairs later that evening, the floor was covered in water. One of the fittings hadn't been tightened and was leaking. Also, they replaced a faucet in my kitchen and the connection to the garbage disposal wasn't put together properly, so it was leaking nasty water every time I ran the disposal. I didn't realize this until a few days after the work was done, when I noticed water dripping out of the cabinet under the sink, which was by then SOAKED and gross. I fixed this myself as well. Finally, one of the bathroom faucets they replaced was visibly crooked. So for plumbing work, I will not be calling them again.

I found Exodus to be an incredibly organized and professional contractor. After a large hail storm we found our roof in need of replacing. With so many “roofing contractors” out there we were weary of fly by night companies and were looking for a General Contractor with a reputation in the area. We would recommend Exodus construction to anyone needing similar work performed. They certainly earned a shot at any larger projects I come across in the future as well.

Thank you to Exodus for coming out and helping us! It was nice to have someone available on the weekend to help on a Sunday morning—quick response time and very professional. Full transparency, they made it easy to work with the insurance. They had a plan to fix my problem within 12 hours and it was a major water leak.
