We have worked with this company for years their customer service is the best we have ever seen. We are so lucky to have found such a wonderful company they paid attention to every detail. The best crew was the flooring team we could not believe how hard they worked. They have gone above and beyond for us. We are so grateful for there entire team. I would highly recommend this company for all your medical remodeling needs.

I’ve faced significant challenges working with this general contractor. Despite receiving full payment well in advance, the completion of the job has been substantially delayed. My dental practice was initially set to open in October 2023, and after several postponements, the grand opening was rescheduled from December to late January. Unfortunately, the premises were not ready for patient appointments until late February. As of today, July 22, 2024, the work remains unfinished, and my repeated requests for the HVAC warranty documents have gone unanswered.

Installed HVAC unit in a space that can't be serviced even to change a filter. Spent over a year and a half trying to get them to make it right by adding an access panel. They kept telling us on multiple occasions they would come out in a couple weeks and every time would not show up. Have refused to respond to any more attempts to get them out. Have incurred further water damage from the inability to access the unit. Multiple HVAC companies have refused to work on unit because the way it was installed. This is just one of many issues we had with this company. Would highly recommend finding another contractor for any build out needs.

Our experience with Denco Medical Construction Specialists has been the best compared to other builders we have worked with. This is our 4th office build-out, and the entire team at Denco Medical, especially Brad, Charles, and Danny, have been amazing! They finished the project in a timely manner and gave us a beautiful office! We are so grateful!!!

I wouldn't work with this company. They write fraudulent checks and won't return your call to question them about it. I wouldn't let them do any electrical work. They are a very dishonest company. Look for a more reputable company.
