Rockwall Electric Heating and Air

I have a 26KW Briggs and Stratton back up generator for home use which has been in service for ~1.5 years. there was a recurring problem with battery life and I contacted the original installer which was difficult at best. He refused to give me a quotation for repair without the purchase of a service contract. Consequently, I found Rockwall Electric Heating and Air online and they promptly provided a service call to troubleshoot the problem. Given the age of the unit, they offered that the repair would probably be under warranty, and if so, would bill charges through the Manufacturer. Chris was knowledgeable and professional on the visit; found the issue with the unit, performed an overall check where he found an additional issue. He ordered the parts which had a quick turnaround. Austin responded to install the parts where he was professional and personable. He did a test run on the generator to ensure everything worked correctly before leaving.
When I completed the original online request for assistance (on a Sunday), Chris called me the next morning and asked for details of the issue. The dispatcher called immediately thereafter to schedule a technician to come out. I received a call back when the day they were coming as well as a text message advising that they were enroute. The dispatcher followed up with a call after they made the original visit; advised that the parts were ordered and available, and asked how the service call went. Then the dispatcher called again to advise that the parts were in and to schedule the return visit. Again, I received a text advising that they were enroute. Once the repairs were completed, the dispatcher followed up with a call to ensure all had gone well and that I was satisfied with the work.

Great experience having power and lights installed in our new storage area. Taylor is the best! He gave us s good estimate, showed up on time snd did an incredible job. We highly recommend Rockwall Electric company!

Trace and his brother conducted themselves and their work professionally and courteously. They responded pleasently to all questions and concerns. The only downside was the cost did not include trasnfer kit 50 amp cord for connecting to the generator - possibly my misunderstanding.
