We contacted Flo core Water services to replace our garbage disposal and three faucets. I purchased the faucet and disposal Chad spray Stanley with low core installed asking questions about the process. Chad told me about the miscellaneous items that are involved with installation shut off sink trap that prevents unwanted gas from escaping out And then outlet piping, etc.. We will definitely recommend Chad and flow core.

I thought the techs were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping. What I didn’t expect was for billable hours to accrue in addition to the trip charge. I wish the office would’ve explained this better at the time of setting the appointment.

Over the past 20 years, I have had experience with five or six companies to maintain my water well. FlowCore is by far the most knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend using this company for your water. Well needs.

FlowCore Water Services and its employees have totally exceeded my expectations for the work I needed. My well pump went out and we had no water for toilets, drinking water, etc. FlowCore came to my rescue and had a new well pump in a 400 Foot deep well installed in less and 6 hours. Same day that the initial appointment was scheduled. No delay and it was done with the upmost professionalism. My thanks to Gavin for a job well done and the office staff was amazing. I was so impressed with Justin and Ayden. They were so friendly and honest which is very important to me. They did a fantastic job and recommended a better set up for the problem I have in my water which I am going to do.

Justin was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He remained engaged, answering my plethora of questions, and showed me how to properly use the equipment. I will be asking for him anytime we are in need at our ranch.

Fantastic service. We were without water and they were able to get to us exceptionally fast. The service techs that came out were friendly and highly professional. Most importantly, they were knowledgeable and skilled, and were able to quickly figure out what was wrong with our well. They clearly explained the situation and what our options were for addressing it. Our problem required a return visit, and they were able to work us in the next day. They got things completely fixed and our well is producing even better than it was before. Service work like this is never cheap, so you always dread the bill, but their prices were completely fair - especially for the quality of service provided. We would absolutely call them again and will recommend them to anybody we know having well issues.

October 2025 Update: that last segment was based on a service call in 2023. We just had them back out today, (the company is now called Flowcore instead of Priceless), and the service is just as good. They figured out the problem quickly, had all the parts on-hand to take care of it immediately, and had everything fixed within a few hours. Highly recommend!

Service was excellent. Gavin was punctual and extremely professional. He is a kind young man. You should be proud of him and thankful you have him as an employee.
His workmanship was very nice. He cleaned up all the excess material. He removed all the old PVC and replaced with new and re-routed everything to make it look aesthetically pleasing.
A little pricey but worth every penny. I would recommend Flocare to everyone.

I'm extremely pleased with the service I have received from FlowCore Water Services. They responded to our non-working well swiftly and communicated with me every step of the way. Justin did an excellent job of replacing the pump and motor. He was punctual, professional and courteous as well. Kudos to a job well done.

We called FlowCore, (formerly Priceless Well Service) because we woke up to NO WATER! They said they would ‘work us in’ and later that day, their tech, Justin Milligan called to say he was on his way!! He carefully studied all the options that may have caused our issue but did determine that the cause was the pump…just as we had guessed. Justin worked so hard, even after it got dark. He had promised that he would have water for us today and he didn’t stop till the job was done! We are thankful for his helper too, sorry we didn’t get his name. We are so thankful to Justin and to FlowCore for doing a great job in one day! This is a great company with competent employees that we will highly recommend to anyone with a well needing service.

Simply the best. We had FlowCore out to service our well system and educate us about owning a well as we are first-time owners of a private residential well. They were super helpful and professional. Fast forward to tonight, and they literally saved the day. Nashu came out after 7 PM after their last call of the day when we had no water and helped promptly resolve the issue. They also were thorough in explaining the issue, what we might see or deal with in the future, and provided helpful quotes on what we may expect to have to replace in the near future due to aging components. Cannot recommend this company and their services and awesome team members enough!

Sept. 2025 update: we ended up needing our aging well pump replaced. FlowCore tackled the job same day and again, everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. We have been pleased with the service received.

We recently had a well put in with FlowCore and everything ran very smoothly. I called several companies to request bids and 1/3 got back to provide quotes but Ryan with FlowCore took the extra effort in coming to our well site so I could explain my wishes versus explaining it to someone over the phone or via email.

The support team is solid as well. Janna in the office lined up the paperwork for the permit and was in constant communication throughout the process.

Overall, we chose not to go with the lowest bid that had hidden cost but went with FlowCore that explained everything up front and handled the process very professionally.

Chad Stanley did an excellent job. He showed me what the problem was and how to fix it if it should happen again. He was knowledgeable, professional and polite. I highly recommend Chad and Flow care for your plumbing needs

Justin did great in a number of areas. He followed up continuously on the status of key items impacting issues of scheduling and warranty. He also provided calm and intelligent advice on key issues relating to restoring our well system to operational status. In addition, he provided some excellent future well care pointers. Overall, he did an excellent job for both his company and us.

I believe they're overpriced. I was charged $600 for them to come fix a leak at an elbow joint of a pipe going to my water softener that they installed less than a year ago. They were here an hour and charged $560 for labor, which is their standard price for what they called a two man job.

Super professional and understanding of my needs. Ryan went above and beyond on the install of my filtration system, being very neat and clean. He has also been more than willing to make sure that I fully understand the system properly. Also, Flowcores' flexibility of scheduling has been a saving grace with the place going through repairs. Thank you guys so very much! My family fully appreciates having clean, drinkable water!

Ok, I am not gonna use the whole “I never leave reviews” thing but seriously I don’t! These guys at FlowCore are on it. I called Janna at the office in a desperate situation and they delivered. Nashu and Ryan killed it. They were professional, friendly, hardworking, thorough, informative and goodness the knowledge they possess was impressive. But yet they know how to talk to common folk like me. They had me up a running in no time. I have used FlowCore for a few of our houses that I manage and I will use them again!

Wonderful experience all the way around. I was texted a picture of the tech with his name and photo. He was very transparent with what will eventually need to be repaired and what needed to be repaired immediately. Repair took an hour and they even helped put the yard back together when they were finished.

I can’t say enough about the crew — they were friendly, professional, and communicated well the whole time. They diagnosed a bad check valve at the well head, replaced it, and reworked about 2.5 feet of PVC to PEX. They were at my house just over 2 hours, and the labor and workmanship were solid.

But the price was another story. A little over $1,000 for a check valve, a short run of pipe, and a bit over 2 hours of labor is extremely high. I don’t mind paying for quality work, but the cost is way out of line for what was actually done. This is borderline ridiculous. I will be calling someone else next time.
Also, the quote they gave me if I wanted to replace my pump preemptively was absurd.

Great crew, but the pricing didn’t match the job. Be warned.
