TRAILER WASHOUT ????
Don't even think about it.
I drove one hour to find this place. when I got there I met a very rude man/yard jockey.
Who told me he was very busy and that I would have to come back. Never again.

This place does not even deserve one star. I waited 24 hours just to get a trailer, hose, and fitting washed and prepped. This put me over ten hours late to my next pick up. On top of that, THEY LOST THE HOSE AND FITTING UNTIL I GOT THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE INVOLVED!!! Then, miraculously, my missing equipment appeared! THEY HAD BEEN USING IT TO WASH OTHER EQUIPMENT!!!

Message to Corporate: Fire every single person at this location, especially the useless, no account "manager"(lol) and close this location until a dedicated and honest staff with some integrity can replace the old one. You would be doing yourselves and this industry a great service.

Avoid this place at all costs. I had a driver go here for a tank wash, as it was the closest one around, and he was there for 6 hours. He spent 6 hours waiting in line. I spoke to the manager and he told me that they had already put him ahead of 16 other trucks. On top of having to wait, and burn his clock, they charged $375 for a basic dry bulk wash. Never again.

I have been here since 1145 am, it is now 1128 pm and trailer hadn't even been moved. This will be the last time I come to this place. I was told it would be done before the day was over. And now here it is almost midnight. Thank quala for sucking all my hours and making me lose revenue. It is now 745 am and they are just pulling my trlr in. So after 18 hours of waiting had to talk to facility manager. He stated that their corporate accounts come before anyone else. Even though 2 guys had come in to get washes and were out in a couple hours. I'm at the 20 hour mark and still here

i went to Quala tank wash in Saginaw, Tx. after having a bad experience of having my tank filled with the wrong chemical, they had a worker their name Leonard he was a real big help to me a great guy. He eally gets the job done. They had to go inside the tank to get the chemical out. Great crew on that Night Shift thanks guys hazmat drivers Give them a thumbs up when you go see them.

Worst tank wash in Texas, maybe the country. I have sent multiple drivers here for washes and it's a minimum 8 hour wait. I have never had a guy show up and get out of there in less time. Usually turns in to an over night deal and the wash bay employees are no help at all. Good luck getting them to answer a phone call and provide you with helpful information. DO NOT go here and DO NOT send your drivers here.

The process was quick and painless. The job was done quickly and well (started two days after agreeing on the work due to rain and completed in 3-4 hours), and the price was very reasonable.
