My KitchenAid built in refrigerator quit working . I called A1appliance and Jack came to my house and evaluated the problem . Parts ordered and replaced the next day. Great work and a fair price.i would call him in the future and recomend to anyone who need his service .

So today Tyler came to my house to fix my washer, turns out it was a bigger issue than I expected and the cost would be almost as much as the washer is worth or the cost to by another one. I appreciate his honesty for letting me know instead of just replacing parts and charging like a lot of companies would probably do, I saved money and even though my washer was not fixed, I'm happy there are still honest workers out there, thank you Tyler.

A technician came out and repaired my dryer. It worked for a day. He said the issue was my vent, even though I it cleaned before he showed up. Then said the only way his labor would be under warranty was to buy they part through him this time. He said he would order it and call me when it came in to schedule reinstall. He never called. I had it repaired through another service. Well, he finally called like 4 months later. I just had had to warn customers.
