Professional and very knowledgeable. Wanted to make sure that our fireplace/chimney was in great shape to be used. Answered all of my questions and provided great advice on using our fireplace. Will call back next year!

Manny came by today and inspected my chimney. He was thorough and let me know that my chimney was in good shape. He charged me nothing! He gave me some things to look for and addressed all my questions. As a home owner, when you come across a business/contractor that is honest, patient, professional and someone that is looking out for you, you need to do everything you can to get the word out. Manny exceeded my expectations and I will definitely work with him in the future for any of the services he provides. He does pest/termite control and animal trapping as well! Thanks again Manny!

Our technician was Javier. He was very professional. Javier cleaned inspected our chimney. It was a quick and thorough appointment. All of our questions were answered. I highly recommend Alamo Chimney Sweepers!

Daniel was efficient in finding our problem and had it repaired in under 30 minutes. He also took video of the process so we could see what happened next to our chimney. He was on time and super friendly, it couldn't have went any better!! Thank you!!

Our technician, Manny, was very professional and knowledgeable. After inspecting our fireplace, he determined that it did not need sweeping and did not charge us anything. We appreciate his honesty. Any other company might have taken advantage of us and charged us anyway. Cannot recommend enough!!! Please use this company, they are A+++++++.

I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!! Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value - Customer service is not dead!
