As a contractor with 22 years in the field I can say that Diverse Construction is one of the best companies to work with in San Antonio. Honest, hard working and with excellent communication. My advice is to hire them today.

Crew was on time and did a fantastic job clearing our 1.2 acre lot. They got it done much faster than we anticipated and we were very pleased with how it turned out. Would recommend Diverse Construction to my family and friends.

Working with Dario was a seamless experience. His crew was professional, and reliable. Communication was excellent throughout the project, and they went above and beyond to meet our needs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable contractor.

I strongly advise against doing business with this company. My family hired Dario to construct a storage building and paid him $30,000 upfront. While he completed the foundation, he disappeared shortly afterward and stopped responding to all communication attempts. Despite multiple follow-ups—including contacting his wife, who assured us he would reach out—we never heard back.
Dario demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism and competence throughout the project. Not only did he fail to complete the work outlined in the contract, but he also did not have the decency to return the funds for the incomplete work.

After consulting with our insurance agent, we learned that Dario has multiple outstanding claims against him. This experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I don’t typically leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share this to prevent others from being scammed.

We had a very frustrating experience working with this construction business. The workmanship was subpar, and their follow-through after payment was unacceptable.

Although all payments were made on time, we have spent weeks trying to obtain a lien waiver with no success. Communication has been inconsistent, and we have repeatedly been given excuses instead of clear answers or action.
