Baird Foundation Repair

Holy geez. From Jacob, my sales guy; Shelby, the rock of Baird scheduling; to Roger and his crew; who was very kind even when we found out the hidden cement stairs my door was created above; culminating with Mark and his crew completing the work in one day, well, all I can say is Baird has amazing people working for them. Everyone, everyone made me feel like I was family and that meant so much to me. Each time they explained what needed to be done, with the changes that had to be made to get the job done and making the decisions necessary. Thank you Baird for blessing me with such a great crew. I appreciate each and every one of you. Godspeed!

Juan R. and Daniel T. came this morning and repaired my side walk and driveway. They did an outstanding job matching the concrete. They were professional and very courtesy. I surely appreciate all of the work Baird has done for me recently!

Jose and Roman did an excellent job on my driveway. Jose explained everything they would need doing along the way, and wanted to assure that if I had any questions about anything, he was ready to answer them. There was a damaged spot towards the bottom of the driveway that I didn’t think could be repaired, but Jose and Roman got it in place and looks great.
