Eddie and his team were very professional. Easy to work with, no hassle whatsoever! I called ,made the appt. Sent in pictures of my work to be done, team came in on time, worked clean and efficiently. In 2 hrs they were job complete. I'm very happy to have found Wired generations electric. Finally a company I can trust to do good work.

The neutral wire in my outlet was loose which led to arcing and eventually caused this serious burn/melting of the outlet. I was lucky to catch it before it turned into a fire. I normally would've fixed this issue on my own, but noticed the left over wire was too short and I had many concerns as to how it even happened in the first place. I called around and got no replies, slow replies, and ridiculous quotes. This was the only company with both an immediate reply and fast response.

Ivan was the technician that worked on my home. He was extremely professional and was also very receptive to all of my questions and helped me learn about the issues with my outlet. He also worked very quickly and cleaned up after himself. He also quoted me a very fair price. His professionalism and great attitude made me comfortable enough to ask for additional work (additional outlet for my bidet) that I've been wanting to get done for quite some time. He gave me an excellent price so I went forward with both outlets.

If you're tired of dealing shady companies, unprofessional work or ripoffs: go with Wired Generations. If the other electricians are as friendly and as professional as Ivan, then you can expect high quality work without any worry that you're getting screwed over. I will definitely use them again for any future electrical work/projects!

Have a new rambunctious pup who chewed away the wires on my grinder pump - threatening a major full-on sewer backup/flood. Aaron took my call, understanding the immediate urgency. They were here in less than an hour and took care of it in under half an hour. Phenomenal service. Down to earth. Know their stuff. Will definitely be calling them again.

Last week we had an electrical fire at the main circuit breaker panel at 1 in the morning. The fire dept came with CPS. CPS cut the wires to my house and pulled the meter. My wife called J & L Electric before 7 am. By 7:30, an electrician was over telling his office what parts were required. Besides the repairs, the electrical feed had to be brought up to code. By 9 or so, 2 electricians were at my house to replace the whole electrical feed. This included the pole, meter box, circuit breaker panel and a accessory box for the A/C. The men worked non-stop till 9 pm. There was a delay getting CPS over because the city had not inspected the work. Mr. Guerrero, the owner of J & L, got with a super at CPS and explained there were 2 elderly people and 3 young girls at my home. Waiting till the following week for the inspection was not going to work. CPS relented and power was restored around 9 pm. J & L Electric came through for us quickly and efficently. Plus the bill was very reasonable considering how many hours they worked. They will be my electricians from now on. I highly recommend them for any electrical job, large or small.

J&L Electric completed another repair at our commercial property today. J&L is the ONLY company I can TRUST and count on in San Antonio. They are a family owned business that is honest and reliable. If you are also a family owned business, I highly recommend these folks. I have worked closely with Barbara and Aaron and I will always go to them first because I know they will NOT lie or steal from me like other high-voltage companies do in San Antonio. I highly recommend J&L and advise folks to proceed with extreme caution dealing other electrical companies in San Antonio (glad to tell you who they are if you message me privately).

Owner of this company, Leo Guerrero Jr, is an exceptionally knowledgeable and diligent man. It’s my understanding he doesn’t mainly work with residential electrical concerns; however, some time ago, when me and my parents had an electrical concern, his consultation was invaluable. Thank you Leo!

We had an issue with a raccoon making its home in our attic. Once the critter was removed, we were concerned that some of the electrical may have been compromised by the raccoon chewing on the wires. Through Thumbtack , we hired Mario Electric to evaluate. They advertise free estimates and that is a fact!! A young man named Ian spent over 45 minutes inspecting our attic wiring and did in fact wrap one wire with a little black tape. Thankfully he did not observe any significant issues. Just need to say that Ian and the time he spent for no charge!! Amazing. I will definitely use them again and recommend their work We are very satisfied that we contacted Mario Electric.
