These guys worked so hard and quick in getting the breaker panel and outdoor panels from 1968 updated. Ran a dedicated line to our kitchen for a new outlet for out microwave. They updated all the switches and outlets in the home. Respected our safety concerns for my 99 year old grandpa. They stayed in communication with us on our appointments and even rescheduled us quickly when our household became ill with a stomach bug. Highly recommend them.

We purchased a home generator from Generac and we’re referred to citywide by them. They were prompt, honest, and kept us informed all the way thru the process. Obtained permits, assisted with getting a good plumber to connect to our gas line. The work and professionalism was outstanding. Highly recommend.

From the first meeting they were so professional and through the whole process of repairing a large amount of electrical work I was kept in the loop. I would highly recommend citywide and will use them again when needed.

Excellent company. Had them come by In Sept. to fix an outlet that kept going out outside. Called them and they came out the next day. They found the problem quickly. It was sloppy wiring from the builder. They tested my fuse box and ran new wiring for the outlet. Had it done in under two hours The whole job just cost $355. Had contacted Home Depot and they had sent out a company to look at it. Told me about the same bad wiring, but they wanted to replace my fuse box and charge separately for touching the outlet and removing my ceiling fan and putting it back on to fix the wiring. Whole job would of came over $4,000. I've had no problems since they fixed it.

Citywide Electric is one of the only electric companies I could find that provides free estimates. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they were flexible with my availability. My technician, Daniel, was on time and professional. Although my particular electrical situation required no further work, Daniel spent time explaining everything to me in detail which I greatly appreciate. Whenever another electrical need arises, Citywide Electric will be the first company I reach out to.

Disconnected a dangerous outdoor conduit to an abandoned shed from my laundry dryer breaker in about an hour. Cost $145. I didn't need an estimator to quote and call back, they just scheduled it and did it.

From getting a estimate to getting the actual work completed, working with CityWide was so seamless and stress free. Isaac, Octavio, and Rodrigo were so knowledgeable and helped me understand the issues of my current system which allowed me decide on the repairs that would best fit my needs. They were on time, professional, and delivered quality work just as they described in the estimate. I really cannot recommend CityWide highly enough, I was so impressed with their whole operation from start to finish.

I came home from the doctor to realize the electricity in 1/2 of my house was off which meant one of my AC units too. I called Citywide and they had a technician at my door in less than 30 minutes. Daniel was extremely pleasant and found a breaker outside that was rusting. He provided a quote, went to get the part and it took only a short while before he was finished. I highly recommend Citywide Electric! Daniel and his team installed wall sconces at our house. He provided us with two different options for how it could be done, explained everything and quoted a fair price. We already had two other quotes from two other companies and Daniel was on par with the least expensive, and well under half of the most expensive quote. The install was done quickly and they left the room cleaner than when they arrived. Daniel and his team were so professional, polite and patient. It was clear they really care about their work and their customer service. We told Daniel we wanted to avoid making cuts in the wall but didn't mind cuts in the ceiling. He was able to accommodate this request and the holes in the ceiling were much smaller than expected. He even went above and beyond by replacing the sheet rock and caulking the gaps and screws and you can't even tell there was ever a hole! We are so thrilled with the results and I will be using Citywide Electric for all future electrical needs.

Excellent service at a fair price. Less than half of the cost of the first estimate received, and another 4 companies were in the same high range before getting the Citywide quote. I'm so glad I randomly contacted Citywide for one more estimate!

Isaac also provided the best explanation of the work required and why. Coordinated with CPS for a new airiel service install, kept me informed of what was going on with that and didn't push the "complete home re-wire" other companies claimed we "desperately" needed!

The folks at Citywide are professional and helpful. They take the time to explain what's going on and give you options to choose from for repairs. I have an old home with a variety of electrical issues and taking the time to explain the issues and possible solutions was very satisfying to me. The quality of the work was excellent, they made every effort to not damage old plaster walls.
