This was my first experience with Hunter, and they came highly recommended. I found that to be true. Chris arrived when said and was great to work with. He was a good listener and easy to work with and gave us great advice. I will definitely use them again.

The service rep, Patrick Gage , was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem I was having with my generator. He pointed out some issues with the original installation (different co.). He provided solutions to make my system work better. It was very informative. I’ll definitely use Hunter again as needed in the future.

We were referred to Hunter Services Group by a neighbor. We’ve had them out twice to help with electrical issues (troubleshooting an issue (issue was with the original ceiling fan thankfully)and replacing a fan, and then moving wires and installing a new light in a dark hallway. Our second tech, Chris L. was great! Super knowledgeable and professional.

Used Hunter Service Group today to swap out a couple of switches. Great communication from the office and the service techs. Chris was the journeyman electrician on the job and was really great at understanding what we needed and then getting it taken care of. Felt like Chris was the perfect person to handle this job. Thanks.

Patrick was great. Super down to earth. Knew his stuff well. Tested all electrical work from my standby generator, fuse box, to the internal hvac unit and thermostat. Helped diagnosed the issues I was having. Get this guy some free lunch. Will recommend him any day.

Great service, our technician Eric was very thorough and knowledgeable. He showed my husband first hand his findings and recommendations for the repair.

Chris was very professional and spent a lot of time explaining things to me. He was not even perturbed when I realized after he had already left that I had not asked him about another service and contacted him. He spoke with me at length and explained all the options and costs. The service I was asking about is performed by a different department but he answered what questions he could and then had the other department call me so that the remainder of my questions can be answered. I would definitely recommend Chris and this company.

I'm ways always trying to save money, when I moved I brought my beautiful Hunter fans with me. Unfortunately, I lost the remote controls in the move. Patrick made replacing the new sensors seem easier than I thought.

Chris and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. What we especially appreciated was that Chris gave us 2-3 different options and fully explained the pros and cons of each approach, as well as the difference in costs. We felt very well informed and better able to make an educated decision. Also, once work began, Chris and the team encountered significant and unforeseen challenges that required them to deviate from the original plan and spend several man hours on a workaround. I recently had a fantastic experience with Hunter Service Group and would highly recommend them. When I reached out to them, my older home lacked the necessary amperage to support a full 220 connection for a new EV charger. I was concerned I wouldn't be able to install one, but Colby from Hunter Service Group was able to come up with a brilliant solution. He proposed installing a stepwise tap that automatically shuts the charger off if the house isn't able to support the full load. This not only ensured the EV charger would work but also gave me peace of mind that my home's electrical system would be protected.

We absolutely love Hunters for all our electrical needs. We had originally called them out bc someone redoing our floors had burned up an outlet. Once Christopher Carker with Hunters showed up, he was quickly able to fix the issue. Then we started taking a look around at some others things. Christopher was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained all recommendations that he had in a way that I understood. They are the only company I will use for all our electrical needs and upgrades.

Patrick from Hunter Service Group came out to do a check and maintenance on our generator, and he was great to work with. He was calm, friendly, and very knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was happening. When he found that the battery was eroded, he walked me through it and made sure I approved everything before moving forward, which I really appreciated.

He was also very patient while helping me set up the app and made sure I understood how everything worked. I never felt rushed and felt comfortable asking questions.

I had a really good experience with the team from the start to job completion. When I called to ask questions and schedule an assessment, the representative was very pleasant and helpful in getting me scheduled as soon as both of our schedules allowed.

Eric came out to assess the job and was very polite and made recommendations that would be long term solutions as opposed to a quick-fix. A couple days later Jessie and Ram came out to do the repairs. They were just as pleasant. No mess left behind and Jessie explained everything he was doing and showed me how clogged my vents were.

All in all, great experience, fair prices and reasonable scheduling. I highly recommend Hunter Service Group.
