I paid for my material, and my bank verified to me and the front desk that payment went through and was approved, but the counter still won’t release my material to me. So now they have both my money and my merchandise and I have to go through the annoying and long Transaction Dispute process in order to get my money back. Absolutely livid right now. Even after it is verified that their transaction cleared my bank, they still won’t release my merchandise. Now I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place because I have to have these materials but clearly I can’t trust these people! Thanks a lot!

Update: Then they had the audacity to tell me that if I let them run the card again and it goes through, they will release the merchandise. That’s the problem! Payment has already been taken from me, and they want to double charge me to release the materials. No way! This is ridiculous. If I had any other choice for this material I would purchase somewhere else.

Just want to give a special shout out to our account rep Matthew Carpenter. He's doing an outstanding job. I've honestly never had a distributor representative as fast and sharp as he is. He always answers the phone.

Not what it seems.

This is just an answering service that refers calls out. This is not a "service". I have been calling around due to poor service with another electric company and was transferred to that company. I was flabbergasted. Your mileage will vary greatly and there was no transparency in this being a "referral service" only.

Called in, asked if they do commercial work, I was told to hold on. Went on hold three times. I asked If I called the right place because they didn't seem to know how to answer questions. They hung up. Called back and the line "is no longer in service". Blocking my number that quickly was rude. I wasn't spam so 1 star for poor customer service and not letting me explain my commercial project.
