The office staff and the inspector were amazing. Our foundation was in great shape, but we wanted our foundation checked just in case. Inspector did a walk through inspection and confirmed no repairs were necessary to ease our minds. But he did give us some tips on how to maintain certain areas. We will definitely be calling them in the future for other investment properties!

Less than a year after AFR Construction LLC did foundation work, several very large new cracks appeared in the drywall, tile, and siding. AFR said the foundation had moved but since it had only shifted ½ an inch, they refused to honor their warranty. Two other companies came out and their bids were $15,000 & $16,000 to get the foundation corrected. AFR has now gone over a month without even responding to our communication efforts.

This review is LONG overdue, but because of the amazing work they did I’ve always kept it on the to do list to make sure they get their recognition. The office staff at AFR construction were kind, thorough, and answered all of my questions and I had SO many being a newbie to foundation issues. Similarly, working with Raul, the head of operations out in the field, was such a pleasure. Not only does he know how to navigate serious foundation issues he is honest about what needs to be done and what doesn’t. That approach is such a breath of fresh air in this industry. A big shout out to their crew for getting work done on my personal home and being investor friendly. Definitely will be recommending them to anyone that asks me.

Sammy A, the project manager, was outstanding in service, professionalism and knowledge. The Team of Christopher, Antonio, Juan and Humberto was led by crew chief Lalo. They were respectful, courteous, fast and efficient. But the most impressive thing about it all, was after they were done with the work, they left the yard immaculate!!!! And I am a neat freak, so this the highest praise I can give!!!
I will absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of their services!!!

Used Risen to stabilize our foundation after numerous cracks in our home. Krista did an excellent job explaining everything that needed to be done, as well as the price breakdown. We had our foundation lifted with this company and could not be happier. Kip (co-owner) came out and assessed the foundation and was very friendly and thorough. (Says alot when the owners are involved.) The crew came out when scheduled and were on time. Osman and his crew, Joyge, Chris, Oli, Humberto, & Ignacio were very professional and worked like a well-oiled machine. They cleaned up everything real good and there was minimal dust. On Thursday, May 29th, Risen sent 5 guys to do foundation repair on our house, They came earlier than expected, these Five guys, Lalo, Christopher, Carlos, Glenn and Antonio, did a fantastic job the minute they arrived. They worked hard from beginning to end, they did not slack off at all. They only took time out to eat. They were quiet, respectful and friendly. They picked up after themselves, worked overtime also. Before leaving they cleaned up everywhere they worked. All were very hard workers. Thank you Johnathan for all you did also. You are a great person to represent the Risen Foundation Company.

I was needing to fix/stabilize my foundation. After 5 different quotes from 5 different companies I decided to go with Risen. I looked into a few factors to make sure I was picking the best for my house. I looked at BBB and also what equipment they used for there repairs. They also gave me an option to stabilize my whole house and that price was within the quote from other companies just to fix the problem area.
Kip gave me the information I needed to make my choice. The repair took 3 days. During this time it gets stressful with all the work that needed to get done . The team they had was always helpful and professional. They took care of my house exceptionally well. I would like to send a thank you to;
