Beware. Do not hire. Jesse took the last payment then gave excuses for months while not finishing the agreed work. The work done was low quality and core work was never completed. Contractor doesn't return my calls now even though I've been patient and polite.

JMI does great work! I've had them back a few times. They replaced my roof, siding & installed a covering for my back porch.

They clearly don't hire professionals. Missed spots, smeared paint everywhere. Paint on doorknobs and other places it doesn't belong. They also tried to paint in the rain and made a giant mess.

They help me repair huge leaks and repairs caused by leak quick response and the super Natalie helped me an reassured it will get handled will use the company again for sure

These guys were flinging rocks at my car at the Cheyenne village apartments and refuse to pay for the damages.

Some of the most unprofessional, unattentive contractors i have worked with. Their immediate office always gives me issues with scheduling and work being completed in a timely manner. Dont even get me started on subcontractors that they hire.

Negligent company. Several renters on the property reported left over roofing nails in the parking lot areas from the roofing work they were doing. I got a nail in my tire, thankfully it wasn’t my foot. The company denied my claim for reimbursement for the 2 tires I had to replace stating lack of evidence even though it was clearly a roofing nail. This company has no regard for people personal property. Look elsewhere for a better contractor.

Richard Gonzales is a hell of a guy. He will get the job done for you. Him and his crews is always on time. If you have a problem they will fix it right away. They do quality work. I will recommend JMI for your next project.
