My husband and I hired them for painting the interior of our home, dry wall repair and texture of some areas. They estimated the job to be 3 weeks and ended up taking 6 weeks and they weren’t even done at this point. Their work was so poor we finished the work ourselves. Their team did not protect any of our floors, marble counters, or appliances. They only covered things after we asked. There is paint all over our floors and countertops that we are having to clean ourselves. We also have permanent damage to our hardwood floors from their team scratching them with their equipment. There was little supervision. Sheryle, the project manager, even told us she used to be on the job sites daily but now just doesn’t have the time. We periodically did walk throughs with her and put tape where there needed touch ups or corrections. Her team would just remove the tape and not make the correction. This happened over and over. If you want quality work, find another company. We spent a lot of money for a terrible job.

Precision Contracting is AMAZING! We were in a time crunch to get some repairs done on our 20 year old home so we could get in on the market. Wayne came in and gave us an honest and fair bid. The crews that come in to do the different projects were top notch. Each one skilled in his own trade. The time frame he gave us was met to a tee which allowed me to get a crew in to clean carpets and whatever else needed to be done. Our home sold the first day it was on the market. I am firmly convinced that the work Precision Contracting did gave our home such a beautiful facelift that it made it easier to sell. If you are looking for a company to do any kind of work on your home then look no further. PRECISION CONTRACTING is your one stop shop. Best decision and money we ever spent!!!

I hired Precision Contracting company to do closed out the between house and the detach garage plus few other jobs around the house and they did a fantastic job. Wayne is very personable and detail about the project. After the job was complied my house looks great and can even tell we did the construction after the house was built. I will recommend this company for any one who is planning to remodel the house or business!

Outstanding contractor. Just finished a master bath shower remodel and we are very happy with the work. Got a fair price for the work done and everything was delivered on time and on budget. Owner was involved in every detail and super easy to work with. Give them a call before you sign up with someone else...you'll be happy you did!

Precision is a professional company with professional employees. They were quick to respond and did a great job. The carpentry work was very well done in one day. They could not exactly match the paint color on my closet wall, although it was very close. They went ahead and painted the entire closet at no extra charge.

I can’t say enough about the professionalism of Precision Contracting. My husband is active duty military and we were living on the east coast when we had major water damage to our master bath due to our builder installing the shower pan incorrectly. We were in a real jam because we were scheduled to leave the country for several months and needed to get the water damage repaired and that required gutting our master shower. We have a custom home in the hill country and were worried about getting the water damage and demo completed correctly, customized to a high standard, in a timely manner and keeping the cost of the project on budget. We were also renting our home at the time and needed to have a company that would work with our tenants. Precision Contracting was highly recommended to me by my neighbor, who is a realtor for a premier real estate agency. I can’s say enough about Sheryl and the team. She kept us informed on a daily basis if needed, took photos of the project, helped with communication and the process needed for the insurance claim. Our shower looks beautiful. The water damage and needing to gut our entire shower was a large project in the custom home. Sheryl was a god send and we are very pleased with Precision Contracting and plan to use this company for renovation updating our home when we return next year to our home.

I have used Precision Contracting multiple times. They have done work in my personal home and they have done work for several of my clients. Sheryle and her team are fantastic! They are always on time, on budget and the job gets done in the amount of time they promise. They don't nickel and dime and their prices are more than fair. So far we have had them add pendant lights in our kitchen, hang a sliding barn door and remodel our master bathroom. They are the only company I will call any of our home improvement!

My employer used Precision contracting to do renovations of an entire floor in a commercial building space. This was no easy feat due to the sensitivity of the work which had to be broken up into multiple phases. Jim Welsh, Brian, Luis, Renee, Oscar, and crew were phenomenal. Everything wasn’t smooth sailing and we definitely hit some snags along the way BUT Joe and Jim’s willingness to make everything right is why I’m writing this review. Precision does not cut corners and their final product has to meet not only your standards but theirs as well. I appreciate their thoroughness with every punch list, their attention to detail, and their great attitude through the entire process. Jim was great at explaining the entire process, next steps, and expectations. Joe was always available to take questions or make suggestions. I could always get in touch with someone and the few times I had to left a voicemail, my call was returned within a timely manner. I definitely recommend them to anyone in the San Antonio area and look forward to hiring them for residential work in the future. Job well done!

Wilson & Jen personally came out and worked on completing my fireplace. The masonry work is beautiful and they hung the mantle with care. My family & I love their work

I was very pleased with the work of South Texas contractors. They hung Christmas lights for me. I was very pleased with that. They pointed out some problems on the roof that needed to be repaired. They were serious problems. They repaired that and with the lights and the roof repairs. I got a fair price and very happy with the work.

Wilson was very friendly and helpful with the project. It was our first time hanging up lights and Wilson helped in letting us know what we needed and what our options were. Would recommend.

South Texas Contractors & Roofing provided an estimate for a full roof replacement and scheduled the job within 2 days. The material was roof loaded and job was completed in 1 day. Their crew was fast and left my yard clean. Love my new roof

If you are like me, you check reviews on Contractors before hiring. I have been using South Texas Contractors and Roofing on a Condominium Complex since March 2023.
Originally they were hired to replace the stucco on the exterior of the buildings. Since then, we have contracted South Texas Contractors for multiple jobs including roof leaks. Prior to hiring them, when it rained we had multiple roof leaks on the same units. Now those units no longer have leaks.
With all the repairs and improvements we are doing through South Texas Contractors our 40 year old complex does not look like it is 40 years old anymore. There has not been anything they can not get fixed or replaced for us. Their pricing is very competitive. I highly recommend South Texas Contractors & Roofing as you see I gave them a 5 star.
