I purchased the chimney inspection and sweep voucher for my one-story home. When I called to schedule, the company refused to honor the voucher as written.

Despite the Groupon clearly listing "Inspection" and "Drafting Test" as included services, the staff insisted on an "all or nothing" approach, claiming they would only come out if I paid for a full-price, top-to-bottom cleaning. They completely disregarded the 10-foot coverage included in the voucher and used it as a bait-and-switch tactic to upsell a much more expensive service before even seeing the chimney.

If you have a gas fireplace and just want a safety check/pilot light relight, look elsewhere. This merchant seems more interested in forced upselling than honoring their advertised deals. Thankfully, Groupon refunded me. Save yourself the headache and call a local San Antonio pro instead.

This company is using my company name and confusing customers. I have attempted to call them and Google to resolve this issue. I apologize for the customers that are dealing with this. We are looking into legal resolutions at this time.

Purchased a Groupon for a 5 room 500 sq ft carpet cleaning. Appointment was moved out to 3 weeks from the original call. The service tech arrived and was very rude to begin with. He measured my rooms at 510 sq ft. He then claimed I only had 3 rooms and that he was charge an additional $400 plus $2 for each step in our staircase. He said he works commission and wasn't going to do the job for whatever we paid for Groupon. Seriously 0 stars. We waited for 3 weeks and didn't even end up with clean carpets. He then said he was do 3 rooms for $395. The manager said he'd tell his guy to do it for $150. Completely ridiculous. Please if you see this, these people are scammed.

Very disappointed with Comfort Cleaning, I purchased a Groupon (Air Duct & Dryer vent cleaning) and scheduled an appointment that was rescheduled twice. Finally, they come out tell my husband that it will be over 400.00. I told them that I could not afford that.
I was told you will be getting a call from the office.
He could have cleaned my dryer vent at least for what I already had paid.
