Mom's House Cleaning

I paid two ladies to come to my home, I needed them to clean the kitchen the living room which no one ever sits in and I just really needed it dusted, also needed three bathrooms plus the kitchen floor and then vacuum the living room floor in preparation for a home appraisal. I paid for three hours at $240 . They dusted and vacuumed the living room, organized the kitchen and vacuumed. They did not do any of the bathrooms as agreed and I had to go back into the kitchen and re-clean the stove, and the stove hood, which they didn’t touch so in all it was the worst money I have ever spent, and I will not recommend them or use their services ever again in the future.

They were great two years ago when I used them. I don’t know what changed but the cleaning ladies they sent just didn’t do their job well, there’s dust and crumbs on the floor and the countertop just wasn’t wiped completely. They told me they didn’t have anyone to send out for the next three days when I said I’m in a rush and wanna someone else to come another time, and asked me to work with the ladies who absolutely looked like they didn’t wanna be there, one of them also seemed of underage (I could be wrong). I really couldn’t stay there longer so I paid, tipped and let them leave for another 20 minutes. There’s still stuff on the floor in the bathroom and the toilet just wasn’t clean (they said it’s because I didn’t treat it soon but the other lady from two years ago got everything spotless). They didn’t sound apologetic either on the phone, maybe because I can’t do much as a young Asian person. I wouldn’t recommend them.
