Absolutely blown away! I expected slightly more detailed than a normal clean but no. I walked upstairs to see them on a ladder cleaning the tops of my doors! Which hasn’t been done since I moved in 5 years ago. So kind, so beyond detailed and my house has NEVER been this clean ever. Beyond 5 stars I would 100000% book this company again and again and again

I received a standard cleaning and WOW let me just say nothing standard about it In my opinion in comparison to past cleaners. Jason, Mya and Kayleen did an excellent job. Very respectful, cheerful and thorough. Master bedroom and crib station was organized with it put together. Fans, Windows seals wiped down and dusted. They cleaned the bathrooms spotless glass and missed no spots on tile. Baseboards , doors , walls are something cleaners have skipped over in the past, but they did not. Everything was dusted. Kids Rooms were a disaster and they so graciously cleaned even the toys(which they did not have to do I was okay with them skipping the kids rooms) beds made. Not a spec of dust , dirt and everything was neatly in place. The smell was wonderful and clean. I’m so relieved I could breathe as a mother of 4 kids, wife and business woman. I felt such relief and pure gratitude. The energy in the home after they left was pure bliss and peaceful. Tears of joy. Im excited to book a deep cleaning next. Thank you OCD CLEANERS. 🥹

The team that came to do a move out cleaning for me did an absolutely wonderful job. The house is spotless and is the cleanest it has ever been. I had some stains that had been in the office carpet for a while, almost all of them were gone by the time they were done. I would absolutely use their services again if I could.

I had a cleaning with Damion today and the really did a perfect job with my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. The team came out here on time and finished up sooner than the quoted time as well. I’d recommend trying out OCD Cleaners if you’re living out here in San Antonio! It was also affordable.

I want to specifically highlight Marissa for her patience and outstanding customer service. Due to construction delays, I had to reschedule multiple times, yet she always remained professional, understanding, and somehow had a team ready to go as soon as I was ready. That level of flexibility and communication made a stressful situation much easier.

On the day of service, a three-person team arrived. Their communication, appearance, and professionalism immediately made me feel safe and confident that my home was in good hands. After returning once the job was complete, I was genuinely impressed. Everything I pointed out during the walkthrough was addressed, and then some. The attention to detail was exceptional.

I truly appreciate OCD Cleaners for the quality of work and customer service they provided. I will absolutely be keeping them on my reference list and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional cleaning service in San Antonio.

They did a great job cleaning my house! I like how fast they were, it only took them 1 hour to clean my whole place! I had requested an all female staff, but one of their staff members was male. I wish they had honored my request, but the team was great and cleaned up well.

I also wanted to mention that I appreciate their honesty. I thought my house was 1800 square footage and that’s what I told them, but with their experience and judgement they told me my house is actually 1400-1500 square footage and that they are willing to lower the price for me! It was fair, and am glad that they were open and flexible about the pricing.

Anthony and his team did an excellent job today cleaning my mother’s home. They were very thorough and provided excellent customer service. The price is competitive and more than worth the value of the service. We are repeat customers and I highly recommend this business.

We’ve had Anthony’s team twice and both times have been amazing! We did an initial deep clean and then a regular clean. Everything has been cleaned perfectly and the house smells wonderful getting home after they visit. None of our items have been broken, they are very reliable and trustworthy. They are also timely and come when they say they will. Highly recommend!!

Maids on a Mission were hired for a move out cleaning. They are excellent at communication, but excellent to a fault. When told that multiple offers were being considered, both a staffer and the principal of the company embarked on a campaign to win the business by sending a ton of emails that while not exactly pushy were borderline annoying all the same: “Just checking to see whether you have yet decided.”

Maids on a Mission charges extra to clean the inside of a refrigerator, something several other companies happily included at no charge – and they will not do ovens at all. They explained that the fumes used in the most effective cleaning products are too noxious to be safe for humans and that they would not subject their cleaners to that hazard, which is commendable. But that along with the extra charge for the fridge made an already-high price difficult to swallow. Miscommunication with the first choice and ghosting from other candidates led to this third-place choice winning the bid.

That said, they were the only firm whose itemized list exactly matched the list from the property manager spelling out what needed to be cleaned during final inspection, a welcome reassurance. During the first contact the associate was courteous, accommodating and professional. All questions were answered satisfactorily. Using that effective communication, they followed up with a text recapping the conversation and emailed a .pdf of the proposal, which was concise, and easy to read and understand. All paperwork including documents needing signatures could be done online.

In three separate communications, they were asked to have the cleaners phone 30 minutes before coming to accommodate needing to leave work and drive 25 minutes to give the crew access to the property. They promised to do so and arranged a block of time which would make leaving the job possible (using part of a lunch hour to minimize time away from office). Maids on a Mission will also work unattended and will lock up the property when finished; excellent!

Appointment Day: an administrator phoned from the main office to state that the crew were there, had been waiting more than a few minutes, and asking what the delay was. She appeared to know nothing of the previous instruction. Then, an emergency at office delayed departure even further. The office manager was the next to phone, stating that since this was meant to be an afternoon appointment, the crew would not be able to finish the job in the time allotted and before end of day. He arranged for a follow-up appointment which was soon after the missed date. But a $100 fee was tacked on so that the cleaners would not have gone an entire afternoon without being paid. This was understandable and cancellation fees are denoted in paperwork, but if not for ignoring specific instructions to phone when the team was on their way, there would have been no missed appointment. Was this instruction not written down somewhere?

The cleaners were prompt, arriving a few minutes early. They were friendly and kind, exhibiting impeccable customer service skills. Anything they were asked to do that Maids on a Mission does not perform they explained kindly and gently. They finished just short of the projected three-hour time. The place was spotless; no faults were found. Extra bonus: stovetop drip pans had been purchased and laid to the side: one of the team installed the pans although not asked to. She did not charge extra.

Once the deposit is debited, the payment method is on file and used to pay the balance. All the customer needs to do is sign off on the work performed. A tip to the cleaners can be added electronically while closing out so that there is no need to pay a cash tip.

Three and a half stars for Maids on a Mission. Their price is high, but the outstanding job their cleaners do along with the professionalism of the office staff and the principal owner made it worth paying. But an avalanche of emails and texts could be off putting to some customers.

My experience was excellent from start to finish. I was assigned Vanessa who was personable as well professional. Vanessa’s cleaning service was top notch. My kitchen which is my favorite room looked brand new when finished; the floor and countertops were spic and span. Others surfaces such as the stovetop and inside the microwave looked amazing! I was really impressed! Vanessa’s work was exemplary and I understand that the same applies to most if not all of Maids on a Mission workers based on other reviews. And it was those reviews that led me to call. And I’m glad I did. Jason who was very informative set up my appointment . Speaking of informative, Vanessa did a write up to inform me about things she noticed and it was very helpful. I recommend this company wholeheartedly! And I look forward to working with regularly in the future.
