Magic Cleaners have been such a blessing for our vacation rental. It’s a family run local business. They are reliable, do good quality work, and are very professional. We have a 4 bedroom, 4,000sq foot home and they get it all done in a timely manner.

I regret hiring this company to clean my home. There were streaks left all over my kitchen appliances(inside &out), my kitchen sink was not cleaned appropriately after having had a dirty bucket in it. One of the employees thought it was okay to walk on my counter tops(that was unexpected, unsanitary & dangerous). My home smelled atrocious when they were done. I'm still trying to get rid of the smell and had to clean my kitchen again. ths supervisor did not even come back to check if everything was completed properly like I was told she would. Very disappointed but at least they got their money.

We used Magic Cleaner for move out cleaning. Amy and her team communicated promptly and clearly with me, did not charge any bogus hidden fees, and showed up on time. When I asked for a quote, they provided one promptly and did not ask to call to get a quote, which I appreciated a lot. They did a great job cleaning everything and answering my questions. They are also very reasonably priced compared to other cleaners in the area. I highly recommend Magic Cleaner, especially for your move out needs.

I appreciate the outstanding customer service that Steamatic of San Antonio staff provided to me this week.
After a long trip, I arrived to my house to find out that my walk-in closet was flooded. I called for a help and your team arrived within hour as it was promised. They cleaned everything and for next 3 days made sure that all moisture were gone from every wall.
I am highly pleased with the professional manner in which Steamatic team worked on the problem. The employees I interacted with, especially David, Courtney and Israel, were very knowledgeable about any kind of flood topic and seemed genuinely interested in resolving my problem rather than just being focused on making a quick sale.
A great team that makes customers feel respected and valued and have definitely gained a new customer who will refer all of her friends to Steamatic of San Antonio.

On behalf of James Wayne Properties, Inc, we STRONGLY recommend Steamatic. Hurricane Harvey reaped havoc on one of our Dollar General buildings last year. I was put through to the owner of Steamatic, and right away their company got started on drying out our building. They had a crew for every single thing we needed. They did the dry out, they did asbestos and mold removal, they did the new drywall, they laid brand new flooring, the electrical, etc. Their electrician, Tony, was a hoot! We really enjoyed having him and his crews there. They were incredibly professional and QUICK! The supervisor we dealt with, Terry, was a wonderful man. He always kept us informed. Whatever we needed, he took care of. I look forward to working with them again in the future. We definitely give Steamatic 5 stars!!

Good Afternoon,
My name is Steve Wallace US Marine Corp (Retired). My next door neighbor recently had damage done to his home. Steamatic (SCM) San Antonio and it's contractor affiliates was awarded the job through His insurance. When the work first began, the workers were using my driveway to turn around and spoke with one of the workers who I assumed would tell them to stop. After a few more times of drivers on my driveway, on 3 Jan 2024, I spoke with Mark (contractor supervisor) who by the way used my driveway also. He said he spoke with Steamatic SCM San Antonio and I was going to a check to get my driveway cleaned. This has been over a month. The project of my neighbors house is done and still NO CHECK. My property was used, abused, and totally disrespected. This need to be fixed ASAP. If this how this company treats non customers, I can only imagine what kind of work they do.

I served and fought for this country for 20 years, I take care of my stuff, and It costs me $150 to have my driveway cleaned. Please make this right.

Steamatic was selected by DM Elite to do the tear down and water mitigation of a leak at our house. Cain Sconiers initially started with us handing off to Zach Hale to finish. Both were professional and excellent at their jobs. Zach and his crew put up plastic barriers to minimize the dust of tear down and floor removal. They worked with us to minimize floor replacement. the crew was capable, efficient, professional and very pleasant to work with. I would recommend them for home water recovery.
