Yet again Stay Fresh Carpet Cleaning has come out to refreshen my carpets! This time I was serviced by Garcia. He was on time, he explained everything regarding pricing and cleaning process and he worked FAST! This company always has fantastic customer service, affordable prices and they are quick to come out and their work is amazing! And best of all my carpets look and SMELL sooo good!! I will be keeping them on a 6 month cleaning routine for sure! If I could give 10 stars I would!

I needed a room in our house to be cleaned and found Stay Fresh Steam Cleaning and sent an inquiry thru their website. I was then contacted by Sarah and she was able to book me thru text message, which I really appreciated because I was unable to talk on the phone at that time. Jeremy came to our house and is cleaning the carpet. I like that he offered to personalize the cleaning to my liking! I know my son’s room is going to feel and look super clean afterwards! Highly recommend hiring them.

Had Kai come out for the first time to clean our couch and he did an absolutely amazing job way better than we expected. Everything looked brand new again. We were so impressed that we called him back a second time to take care of our carpet, and once again he delivered top-tier results. Super professional, quick, and the quality is unmatched.

We had an amazing experience with Steam Master Cleaning—this was our second time using them and once again they delivered excellent results. Our first experience was a full rental move-out cleaning and this time they handled two natural fiber rugs. It’s clear they do both big jobs and small ones with the same level of care and professionalism.

After 18 years of raising three kids, several dogs, cats and guinea pigs on cheap contractor grade carpet, it desperately needed a good cleaning. I called several companies to get quotes and all but Steam Master Cleaning gave me a quote over the phone. I was hesitant because I had a tight timeline, but the receptionist reassured me they could do the work the same time as the appointment. Still leery of a super high price, I made an appointment to get a quote just in case. Ed came out and talked through all the options for the house, including the costs. Their prices were very reasonable and close to the other local companies I called. Pleased with the price, I scheduled the cleaning. Ed came back a few days later, protected all the corners of the walls, and began to work his magic. A short 1.5 hours later and whoooaaaa what a transformation he made! Stains were gone, old embedded paint remnants were gone, high traffic areas looking new again, and we were amazed! Remember, this was 18 year old contractor grade carpet that looked almost new again and we only did the basic cleaning! Checkout was a breeze and they even offered Veterans a military discount!
