I left a message, early morning, regarding a broken pump, and got a fairly prompt response... was given the window of "this evening", which I was o.k. with- but then no call/no show. Texted, no response. Having to start over with phone calls today. Very unprofessional.

They replaced my skimmer and repaired a return line for my pool. Very professional, on time and great work for a reasonable price.

Our pool is green. The owner waited 2+ weeks to tell us it wasn’t something he can resolve. That would have been nice to know when it was blue. We are taking our business elsewhere.

The Pool Guys = A++

I was tasked with getting an abandoned pool back to working condition. I knew nothing about pools, it was filled with leaves, and the water was a deep, dark green so murky that you couldn't see the bottom of the deep end. After a recommendation from a neighbor I called Jeff and the Pool Guys. On his first visit, Jeff made a plan to get the pool back in working order and even spotted a potential issue with the pump clock which saved me from further damage. Pricing was very fair and he even lowered the cost of a service when the circumstances changed.

Jeff has been very responsive and really helped us get to know our new (to us) pool. He did a Pool School for us and has helped us change out filters, clean the pool (John is great at weekly cleaning), and helped us problem solve as we learn the nuances of this pool. Highly recommend!

We own a home that is a Short Term Rental. The Pool Guys have been taking care of our pool since we purchased it. They take care of it like it is their own. We often need them to help troubleshoot when equipment isn’t working. They get there on a moments notice to assist our rental. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

He's kind, knowledgable, honest and so easy to talk to when trying to trouble shoot problems with our pool (which is very over my head) or making updates to our older pool. I love working with The Pool Guys. Jeff is extremely reliable and responsive whenever we have an issue with our pool. Even though that is not really his job!!. He takes pride in his work and treats my pool like it was his own. Their rates are reasonable as well.

They saved my pool! I have been using the Pool Guys for years. When I first bought my house, a stormed turned my new pool green. Jeff and his team quickly got it under control and back to blue. Most recently they really saved it. We had had the area around it pressure washed by a company and they sprayed all the debris into the pool. Not only did it turn green it was also filled with fine silt that we could not get out. Again the Pool Guys worked their "magic" and had the pool back to it's original blue in a few days. (it was a pretty complicated process that handled with ease) I recommend the Pool Guys to all my friends.
