We Clean Carpet and Upholstery

Very profesional and they finished the job quickly. I am satisfied with the service.

Our initial service was quoted at $69.00, but when the technician showed up (an hour and a half late) out quote went up to $140.00 for additional enzyme treatment for pet urine. The technician took approximately 15 minutes cleaning the area rug and left promptly, he told us that the rug would take approximate 2 hours to dry and then we could bring it back in. The rug did not dry in 2 hours but we did bring it back in. The urine smell intensified after the "clean" and now it smells like chemicals and stale water as well. When we tried to contact the company for a solution, they told us about their contract, which they did not make us sign, and their non-refund policy even though their website clearly states "We will get your carpet or upholstery clean or your job is FREE!" Well my carpet is by no means clean and free of smell. After browsing through their website expensively in search of this contract, I was unable to find it, or any clause quoting their non-refund policy for that matter.Their costumer service representatives and location manager were rude on the phone and not helpful at all, to the point where our calls would be instantly rejected or sent to voicemail. The one time I managed to get the manager on the phone, he immediately hung up after I told him what I was calling about. I wish I had read their reviews before hiring them.

This is my 4th time using this company . Mark is very professional. Does a great drop and is very reasonable price wise. I plan to keep using them. They cleaned my 2 couch, a rug, and my dining room chairs. My couch is 14 yrs old, and he makes it look new again! That's with 6 kids and 2 cats lying on it, eating on it, and spilling whatever on it. Thank you, "We clean carpets.
