Amazing service!!!!! This is the only A/C company I will ever use from now on and recommend to family and friends. I had my air conditioner stop working last week when the temperatures were 100 degrees plus!!! Mr. Sandoval addressed the issue quickly and at a reasonable price. No sales pressure at all. He never tried to up-sell expensive services or to replace my entire system. My experience with Mr. Sandoval was that he is fair, honest and professional. He explained everything and answered all of my questions.

Even though I was asking for help for one of those DIY installing mini splits, Joe most professionally spoke to a customer service rep from Alpine.
