I have this A/C for several years and never saw defrosting, neither none of my neighbors too.It broke down and called AHS for service , send a Tech from American Air-conditioning he diagnosed it, said I need new defrost board. he temporary wired by bypassing the board, AC start working with defrosting, Tech brought a new defrost Beard and replaced it, still defrosting, I took photos and send it to manager, he said it is normal, but I have never seen defrost on this AC before, American Air-conditioning tech touch my AC. it is not what I have seen before.

Such an amazing job! Helped me understand everything that was wrong and didn't hide anything from me like Elmer's did. So appreciative of their help. Been struggling with bills and this really put our minds at ease. Again, we are so incredibly thankful 🙏🏼.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! They installed a new AC unit in August 2022. Since that time the humidity in the house went up to 60%-75%. They've been out here 7 times, however they have not resolved the issue. Since the last time they were here (2 weeks ago) our AC unit does not cool down the house like it did previously. We've called and left messages, but no response. Next step - file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
