Our AC stop working at 7PM, outside temperatures in the mid 90's. Frank responded promptly to my emergency request, and as he reassured me, technicians Rafael and David were on time at our door at 8:30 . They were very efficient and with great professionalism diagnosed and solved the problem. They were very good at communicating, explaining the work they performed. I give them 10 stars!

We used Manual and Sons to install a new AC. I was highly impressed by the service we received. The work was done well, on time and the technicians were professional. The owner followed up to ensure we were happy with the service. I recommend them to anyone needing AC work!

I called Manuel and Sons A/C Heating and Appliance after having a completely different company come out and do nothing for our home. Unlike the other company, they found the issue and took action! Rafa was our tech and he was polite,very knowledgeable and has awesome customer service! He got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself and was gone before we knew it. Ever since they did the insulation our home has been nice and cool for this Texas heat! Will definitely be calling again if I have any issues!

Manuel and sons came out late Friday night after my heater stopped working. They did beyond a great job and got my heater up and running in no time. They were In and out in about an hour and the heater is good as new! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs ac or heating fixed or installed! I will for sure use them for all my future ac and heating needs. Over all great guy and great service!

Manuel and Sons did a wonderful job on replacing my A/C unit. Frank Barron was the gentleman I spoke with he was very respectful, responsive, and knowledgeable about his profession. I would highly recommend Manuel and sons for any HVAC needs. I will definitely be using them in he future.

Manuel & Sons says that every customer should be treated like family, and they definitely made us feel that way. Our AC went out during a time when it was 95-100 every day so we couldn’t stay in the house. They got a technician out to us very quickly, followed up that evening to make sure everything was okay, and called again the next day to make sure we were all back home. Frank provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced, and the technicians were very thorough.

I had the most amazing experience with Manuel and Sons A/C company. My AC had gone out in August and I was desperate to find someone to help. I called this company and they had someone out within that same hour. He was early, quick, and thorough and made sure to educate me on what exactly he was going to do before he did it. I felt like I was in great hands and now my AC runs without any hiccups! Will definitely be using them again for my next AC issue to come!

Our AC went out 2 days ago. I was worried because I called a technician I knew but could not get them in here before the weekend. The team from Manuel and Sons called me back immediately and got me scheduled for that same afternoon! The technician that came in was very friendly and was very knowledgable. I am impressed by how efficient they are. 100% recommend. :)

All service advisors were very professional and respectful. Starting from Frank, Ben ,Cameron, Juan and the owner Manuel. Our AC was not cooling for two weeks, called their 24 hour service on a Sunday and they had a tech out Monday to inspect our problem. Compressor was out, needed to replace total unit. BY that Thursday, they committed to being here to install . They showed up on time , work done all in one day and unit is working perfectly. All this while it was raining. They pitched their canopy outside so the unit and the tech were protected from the rain. The weather did not hold them back from meeting their commitment and deadline. I will highly recommend Manuel & Sons to any of my friends and family.

Our Freon line was cut during bush trimming on late Sunday afternoon. Frank was responsive and helpful in explaining everything and gave us a quote. He made sure we were 1st on the schedule for the next morning. Eddie was on time, professional and had our AC back up and running before lunch time today (Monday)!!! Cost was well within the quote and our budget!! I am a business owner who values good customer service and honesty, Manuel and Sons were both and more. I highly recommend them to anyone for your heating and cooling needs!!!

We had our heat pump replaced .
The salesman Frank was very knowledgeable about the system we had and recommended a replacement. He followed through and keep in touch with us about the process.
Frank also had an electrician come to the job site to check our electrical system for possible problems since our electric bills were very high and all attempts at reducing our bills had failed. The electrician confirmed that our electrical system was working properly and that if this heat pump didn’t solve our high bill problems then the fault must be in the meter.
The installers were very respectful and professional in their work witch included the clean up at the end of the installation. As a bonus they were able to reconfigure my existing smart thermostat to work with the new system .
We are very pleased with our experience with this company and their employees and will gladly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

I used this company to install a 7.5 ton unit for my new business and they were great. Best customer service and quick to tackle any issue or get back to any questions I had. Even dealing with the city inspectors they were very helpful. If you have a commercial business and need any hvac help I highly recommend.

Manuel and sons AC was awesome. Frank was very communicative and made the appointment a seamless process. Technicians arrived within the timeframe provided and were quick to get started. Allen was terrific and very patient with all my questions. He showed eagerness to assist and provided tips on maintaining your system independently for the best care. I like how he was extremely informative regarding my unit and provided the responsibility of some of the parts I had in question. Even when I had him repeat something to ensure I understood it correctly; he responded with a positive attitude. You could tell Allen loves what he does and I appreciate the time he took to ensure my ac was up and running before he took off. He frequently checked in and before reinstalling my system back, he showed me the before and after care he provided. He also had another technician with him, but unfortunately I forgot his name. He was also great and they made a good team. M&S will be my first option going forward for any AC repairs/maintenance! 10/10 would recommend to everyone and they were very competitive compared to numerous companies I reached out to.

Rafael and Guillermo were efficient and quick replacing our whole HVAC system! They cleaned up after themselves and made sure to test the system before leaving. Would recommend.
