Our HVAC system went down over the weekend in a home we recently moved into. I sent Stay Cool a text Sunday morning expecting they’d see it Monday, but to my surprise Jessica (who may be one of the owners) responded later that same day and scheduled a technician for early Monday afternoon.
It turns out the system was about 18 years old and simply at the end of its life. Stay Cool went above and beyond to help us navigate the situation. They worked with our home warranty company and, based on our long-standing relationship, helped us get a brand-new system installed at an affordable cost.
From the first message to having everything resolved took only about two days. Throughout the process, their team was responsive, helpful, and focused on finding the best financial option for us. They never try to oversell or confuse you with technical jargon just to push unnecessary upgrades.
