This is an awful company. In 2017, this company installed a very pricey, high end solar system that does not work. They refuse to answer my calls. They refuse to uphold their warranty. The company is a sham. Do not get a solar system or any work from this company.

When we started the process of Installing solar at our home, I spoke to Bee. All she asked was - How much is our electricity bill per month. Do we live in a neighborhood that has an HOA (Homer Owners Association). How old is our Roof, because it has to be a good structure to support the solar panels. That was all she asked. Then she asked if she could set up an appointment for us (at our convenience) so they could give us a free estimate. So I asked her if this appointment was gonna cost me anything? She replied "Just your time" and that we didn't have to buy anything or sign anything. I asked her if they could come after 5 pm or on Weekends because me and my wife both work during the week. She immediately said yes to both "after 5 or Weekends". So she scheduled me for a Saturday. Our appointment was at 12:30pm on Saturday. Gabe the representative called me one hour before our appointment time, just to let us know that he would be here at 12:30. Well around 12:15, I noticed a vehicle in front of our yard. And it turned out to be Gabe. He was here early, but waited in his vehicle till 12:30. When Gabe came in - he was very Polite and Professional. We had a million questions for him. And he answered every one of our questions. He told us about how many trees would be saved and he told us about the Rebates CPS would give us. So we signed up with them. This is Stage one of our relationship with Green Energy. Wonderful experience so far. Will write another review later to let you all know how it turns out.
