Will not stop calling my business. Every single day. Sounds like they use a call center overseas. I've told them at least 20 times to stop calling.

We hired EcoCare to clean our office about 7 months ago and they have done a great job each and every week cleaning the office during night/weekend hours. The cleaning crew does a thorough job and management is very responsive to updates and special requests. Pricing is competitive and better than most services eco-friendly cleaning services.

I would highly recommend EcoCare to anyone looking for a commercial cleaning service.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Aggressive and unhelpful on-site "quality assurance manager" Miles, completely uninterested in fixing problems - calling me and my manager liars effectively when we didn't receive services we had paid for and asked for an explanation and to rectify the situation. These problems carried on for 2 months before they realized I was actually receiving subpar service and changed our cleaning team.

I've dealt with no less than 6 employees and managers from this location, and 3 ineffective cleaning teams(one that was using his kids to clean) for my small gym in Alamo Heights. Every single one had lacking communication skills, and followed up on any problem with promises of "fixes" to just make the mistake again until the team needed to be replaced once they found I wasn't making the problems up. We signed up for an annual contract initially which was a huge mistake, I was stuck with janiking even after all the problems for 9 months.

There's a laundry list of problems I have had over the past year with this company, do not hire. do not even consider.

It truly is not worth the grief and frustration while trying to run my own business effectively.

Our Jani-King cleaning guy, Manny has been great in keeping our office clean. He always goes out of his way to help and stays in contact if he needs supplies. He is the best.

Disastrous. Bad cleaning , setting off the alarm dozens of times, Coming on Su and Monday for 2 times a week, always an excuse. So we go to fire them and they say we have an annual contract we can only cancel in May. Don't even....

Update: Well good news after a few months, the building's previous cleaning lady is BACK! Turns it was the same company just a different employee. Within the first day the ladies could tell the difference in the restrooms. I even heard one lady from a neighbor office say "oh my god it smells clean." Even our male office neighbors stated they noticed a difference. So everyone is happy again. Hopefully the cleaning lady stays; if not, I hope they find someone with a similar work ethic to hers :) Shout out to Fabiola for the great work!!!

UPDATE: Spoke to someone from the company & gave them feedback from myself and my coworkers/supervisor. They stated they will take it into advisement and will handle the matter. Will update our rating/review if conditions improve; we're optimistic since they actually reached out & quickly! :)

Our office building managed by BRASS Property Mgt. used to have a different cleaning staff that always stayed on top of things. But a few months ago they switched to this cleaning service, and ever since then the restroom always smells. My coworkers and I have seen how the cleaning lady “cleans” the restroom and I don’t know if it’s the solution she uses or that she’s not scrubbing well but they look and smell the same afterwards! You can still see the black bacteria around the toilet rim. Our supervisor has complained to management and I’ve complained to the maintenance manager in hopes that he’ll mention it. But I guess the building manager cares more about saving money than cleanliness. It truly is a shame to think that guests have to come and use these restrooms under such poor conditions. The previous cleaning staff would also vacuum our office from time to time or take out the boxes of trash (we provide a wagon); this cleaning crew has NEVER done so. If you’re a business owner considering them, please be sure to check on their staff work quality from time to time. Maybe ask the tenants or employees for feedback. It could simply be that we have an employee that misrepresenting their cleaning company? Hopefully the rest of their staff is better. I will try to upload pics of the restroom.

This has been an excellent experience for me with Jani-King. I am a veteran that decided to start my own business after retiring and it's one of the best decisions I could have made joining this team. The support from this team is top-notch, to say the least as well as the coaching with client relationships to ensure all the client's needs are met in a superb style and manner. This team of professionals has supported me fully for the past couple of years; this is one decision I'm glad I made after 30 years of service.
