I wanted to say your company is amazing! I needed to schedule a survey for us purchasing a house. You were willing and able to help quickly! I scheduled and had my surveyor Will out in no time. Will did fantastic work! He worked hard to make sure he found our pins. We recently had electrical work on the power poles on our street and so he couldn't find the pins. He went to all the homes and found the pins to ensure a very reliable survey!! We greatly appreciate Will and his hard work!!! With a tight deadline to close on property (48hrs), Manny and his team were able to complete survey and plot plans done within 24hrs even in unfavorable weather conditions! Leslie Misman and her team at AmeriSurveyors are rock stars! I had a VERY complicated problem with an old survey that was done incorrectly for some property that ended up impacting 6 property owners. It took several months but they spent endless hours figuring it out. The provided a new CORRECT survey that resolved many complicated issues. I can't praise them enough for their expertise and professionalism!

I spoke with Manny and he took care of my urgent situation. I almost went with a different company referred over by the closing title company. The other charged for a rush but I decided to go for avg turn around.
Manny guaranteed he would produce the survey in their normal turn around time. I think it was 3 days max. Once payment was made they scheduled my survey next day due to their availability. Less than two business days I received survey. It was sooner than the date that they had given me. They knew my urgency and made it happen without over charging or over promising but made it happen, given that nothing else delayed their service.
