He's reliable - shows up when he says he will and finishes everything neatly. Had him work around some landscaping we were doing and he was flexible with the schedule. Requested a service estimate from Canopy Land Solutions on 2/4/26 and received no response. Followed up again on 2/6/26, still nothing. As of 2/8/26, I sent a message canceling the request and have yet to hear back. I noticed some reviews mention quick responses, but I had no such luck. Lack of communication and basic follow through makes it impossible to move forward. Very disappointing experience and not a reliable way to handle potential customers.

Now they come every Thursday and I don't even have to think about it. They always clean up the grass clippings and blow everything off when they're done.
