Locksmith reviews in San Antonio, Texas

Ron was amazing. My key fob broke and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what needed to be done. He also made 2 spare keys for my car for an extremely reasonable price. Will definitely go back with all of my key needs.

Had such a pleasant experience at Arrow!
Upon entering I was greeted with a smile, the amazing lady assisted me with issue concerning office keys. She was knowledgeable of what I needed and which keys would work. The customer service is 10/10 plus they have so many key designs to choose from.

Any time I need something related to keys and or locks this place has always provided exceptional work and their custom service is excellent.

Outstanding service and a fantastic price!!
I needed a second key programmed for my car and did not have the key code. He was able to take care of it in under 5 minutes.
Pricing is way better than others in town who charge three times what he does.
I will be back!

Arrow Key Service had the key I needed, and at a GREAT price! I had checked the big box stores, building supply stores and a couple of other stores that made keys. All the others told me to contact the lock manufacture.

Outstanding service, great prices, friendly owners!

Best service & price in town! Been coming here for years with Lenny & now his son in law, Ron has taken over. They have always done an outstanding job.

This is a professional key service. I have only used this for duplicating keys. It was fast and all keys made for me worked first time and every time. They have many other services which would expect to be done expertly.

Dont waste your time going anywhere else! This is where i will continue to bring my business and refer my friends, family and truckers ! Awesome crew, super friendly. I wasted my time with other places charging ridiculous prices. I highly recommend you give them a try. You wont be disappointed.

Ron was super fast, knowledgable and friendly. Gave me a great price, would highly recommend.

Quick and helpful service at a very fair price

Such a great experience! I went here to get a key programmed, and they went above and beyond to help me, even fixing something else on my car. Also, at the best prices!! I so highly recommend.

Great service fast and reliable!

Have used Arrow for rental properties and kids cars multiple times. Always good folks and I walk away not feeling taken advantage of. Have not had a bad experience.

We love dealing with this place. Personable, reasonable, and almost always has what we need on hand.

Props to Ron. Always good guy to deal with.

Had my 2019 Ford Flex Key fob reprogramed. Works like a charm. Ronald did a great job!! Ask for him, he will take great care of You! Very cost efficient instead of what the dealership wanted to charge. Key fob was purchased off Amazon. Even had some home keys made.

Ron and his staff helped me with my 2016 ford fusion keys a few weeks ago. Very professional and attentive. I’ve recommended him to my family and friends and all have had the same experience. Lifetime customer here.

We have been working with Lenny and Arrow Key for years. I highly recommend this business- we have given Lenny some very esoteric proprietary locks and some straightforward ones, have had a great experience every time. Lenny is friendly, knowledgeable, timely, and promptly returns my calls. Looking forward to the next one, thanks guys!

I called several locksmith companies to try and get help for a lock on my motorcycle pannier. The key would only go half way in and I had stuff locked in the bag that I needed to get out. Arrow was the first place that told me they would be happy to take a look at it if I brought it in. They managed to get my bag open, and figure out that the problem was not the lock, but the bag. I have since put in for a replacement from the manufactorer as the bag and bike were less than a week old! I really appreciate the time and effort they put in to figure out the situation. I highly recommend Arrow Key Service for any locksmithing needs!

Top notch service. These guys can handle anything lock wise. From home, auto to commercial. This a very good business. I will be a repeat customer.

Awesome experience coming to Arrow Key Service!! Ron and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They really saved the day for me after I accidentally broke my only car key in half. Ron was able to make me 2 new keys for my Pontiac that very day, for a very good price!

Do not hesitate to come to Arrow Key Service if you are in need of a locksmith!!
5/5🌟

I didn't purchase a service but the guy there tried to program my key for free via button sequence but it failed.. On the other hand he was super nice and offered me a price cheaper than ANYONE IN SAN ANTONIO, so I will be going back with an OEM key to get the work done :) $95 to cut and program keys if you BYO
