I had such a great experience with Veterans best movers! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with all of my belongings. The crew arrived right on time, worked quickly without wasting a minute, and handled everything with care as if it were their own.

What really impressed me was how organized they were every step was smooth, from wrapping furniture to loading and unloading. They even went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it in my new home.

Moving can be stressful, but thanks to this team, the whole process felt easy and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with their service and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable moving company!

After my second shot, I want to express my sincerest gratitude to Albert and Alex. They truly embody what your slogan stands for. I’m incredibly thankful they came out and stayed with me until the very end. From start to finish, they were kind, supportive, and made the entire experience much more comfortable.

We needed to finish moving our bulky household items during a recent move.  We happened to see a Veteran’s Best Movers trailer down the street doing a pack out. As a Veteran family, we always prefer to support our fellow Veterans.  We contacted them through their website with our requirements.  For some reason the website didn’t pass on our inquiry so with a quick follow up call we were able to book a crew for our move. They are working on the website glitch so give them a call to prevent delays. We confirmed the date/time and locations of our pickup. The day prior I got a text to confirm the following day’s particulars. On move day, the team leader, Mark Anthony, called to confirm and let me know that they were ahead of schedule and could meet a bit earlier if it was ok with our schedule.  Very professional communication throughout the entire process.  The team arrived on-site and quickly got to work wrapping items and loading them up onto the box truck.  Nick and Andrew were 100% hustle the entire time - even in the 100+ degree heat.  Once everything was loaded up they met us at the off loading location. No time was wasted at all, and Nick, Andrew, and Mark Anthony quickly unloaded the entire truck.  Care was taken throughout the process to ensure our furniture was well protected and they treated each item like it was one of their own.  Mark Anthony’s team finished up 15 minutes faster than the estimate! Overall a great experience with this company and have no problem recommending them for your local moving needs. Give them a call today!

We had an outstanding experience with Veterans Best Movers! Our team—Juan, Manuel, Landon, Armando, Kyle, and Greg—was nothing short of exceptional. Every one of them was professional, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. They were quick but also paid great attention to detail, treating our belongings as if they were their own. They went above and beyond, ensuring everything was wrapped properly and even taking the extra step to protect our walls and staircases from any potential damage during the move.

I contacted Manuel after the great reviews and was NOT disappointed. The professionalism, communication and overall transparency was a breath of fresh air. He and his team packed my entire home and moved everything while I was at work which was extremely convenient. They placed all items where they needed to be as well as assembling my furniture & hooking my appliances up for me which was amazing. Veterans Best Movers will be my go-to movers if I ever need them and I recommend them to anyone!

We moved this past Monday, July 1st., and we had an excellent experience with Chapa’s Moving Service. It was done in time, efficiently and the crew had the best attitude, regardless of the heat. Jose, the Project Manager was very attentive to our needs. He stopped by, as we had requested, to supervise that we were happy with how things were going. We had to reschedule last minute, due to delays on the remodeling of our home, but they were able to acommodate us. A few suggestions to someone that’s moving. Be prepared, box everything you can, label everything clearly, provide instructions to the crew ahead of time on what is what and have them wrap anything that could be damaged or scratched. Anything of value, take it yourself. It will save you time and headaches.

Happy moving experience all around. They were very efficient and responsive in their scheduling communication (thanks David!) and the crew was on time, had positive energy, and were willing to do everything we needed on moving day. They carefully wrapped items with plastic seal to keep drawers from opening and protect the furniture and equipment. Thanks and I highly recommend.

Dave from corporate in McAllen started off this wonderful experience by displaying professionalism and patience (we played phone tag for bit)! Three movers arrived on time, checked out the property and immediately started to work! They were friendly & professional from start to finish! They made sure my items were wrapped and protected from the small things to the larger ones. Shout out to Jose and his team for a job well done!!

We were moved by Chapa moving today from Pharr to Bayou Vista, near Galveston. They had previously helped us move some large furniture from Mc Allen to Pharr and did a great job, but this was a full house move, three bedrooms, 2 bath, with a lot of furniture and decor. Dave and Candelario loaded up the truck yesterday and then left at 4 am. this morning, driving over seven hours to Bayou Vista. Then, they hustled and got the entire truck unloaded in under three hours, the minimum amount of time for this move, so that we wouldn't have to pay extra, with most of the furniture going upstairs. They were very professional, respectful, and polite. We would definitely recommend them again. They made the move much less stressful. Phenomenal job by Dave and Candelario!

The crew was very polite and skilled at their job. They packed everything without any delays and did so in a very efficient and respectful manner (nothing was thrown around or carried incorrectly). I have a lot of vintage furniture and they were sure to handle it gently and protect the furniture from damage. I had apprehension about using a moving company but the gentlemen in charge of the crew put my worries at ease.

Chapa's moving service exceeded all of my expectations. They did an amazing job moving all of my furniture safely and efficiently. I informed them of the budget I had to stay in and they helped me stay within that and didn't hit me with any surprise fees. I would highly recommend this service for anyone looking for an honest moving company. I couldn't be more thankful.

I am very happy with the service: Booking was easy. Communication via text and email before and after the move was timely. The day of the move the men showed up on time. They did the work kindly, courteously and professionally. They also didn’t dilly dally… they got to work - wrapped my mom’s property and delivered with care.
