The foreman (Oscar) and Project Manager (Justin) kept me informed on what to expect as each day went by. Communication is important. I am completely satisfied on how well everyone was doing their job. A job well done. This crew is top notch.

Worked with Phillip on a bit of design for our backyard, as it had a lot going on. From there we moved onto Justin, the project manager, and Alex the foreman, and their team who did the install. They completely knocked it out of the park. Had Pavers and Turf installed, which opened up a beautiful space for us to utilize and relax on. With 25 year warranty on the pavers and 10 on the turf, we don't have to worry about any issues anytime soon. Definitely a great value product and company!

Beyond happy with the transformation with my backyard. The patio and fire pit area installed by system pavers really make my house feel like home. Project manager Justin Beard is the professional we have been waiting for. We were growing frustrated with the run around we were getting to replace some stones in our walkway. Thankfully, after several disappointing project managers, our case was assigned to Justin. He was great to work with, listened to our concerns and had the work completed within 2 days. He even followed up to ensure satisfaction. The gentlemen that performed the work did a great job and Justin was excellent.

I recently had system pavers do some work at my house. Travis and Justin were great. They came in with a great game plan and their crew did an amazing job. The project was completed on schedule. I would recommend system pavers to anyone looking for quality work.

August 2024: I am very happy with my new patio. The crew does quality work! I appreciate the hardworking team under Oscar. Fabricio and his crew worked diligently and carefully under very hot conditions! Austin, the salesman was very responsive to my concerns, and Justin put on the finishing touches. Communication is one area that needs improvement.
June 2025: I originally gave them a 5 star review, but in a matter of 7 months I am giving them a 2 star. I just wanted to have a small walkway of around 145 sq ft added from the patio through my yard, as we had originally discussed. So on March 11, '25 I reached out to my salesman who informed me that he had moved due to a promotion. Wade came out on March 21 and informed me that the pavers had been discontinued and that they had a minimum amount that was $9000. He said he would reach out to see if he could find some of the original pavers and eventually came down in price. At this time, I pointed out that some of the patio pavers were sinking. I didn't hear back from him, so I texted him 10 days later and asked him if he had found any more of the pavers. He did not reply. On March 26 I texted him again and he said they were looking into it. On April 18th, I still had not heard back from Wade, so I texted him again and asked what the status was. Again, I didn't hear back from him. I reached out to Justin, the Construction Manager and he was very responsive. But there were no more of my pavers. Ultimately, I decided not to go with this company again. I felt that Wade was only interested in large jobs and he didn't want to waste his time on me. They finally reached to say that a man was coming out to repair the patio on Saturday, the 28th. On June 27th at7:00 am my doorbell is ringing, the patio repair man was here. Communication is a huge problem with this company. The actual men that do the hard work are very good!

We received the upmost excellent service, from our sales person Brian, job coordinator James, and our foreman Oscar and his crew! We already want to schedule our next project and will be using system pavers.

The garden border installed by Travis and Justin’s crew came out beautiful! All of our neighbors are commenting on what a great job the crew did. We really appreciated the quick response to all of our questions throughout the project. We will definitely be recommending System Pavers to all of our friends!

Our back patio was all rock with a few pavers. The rock was a bit overwhelming and uncomfortable. We looked into several solutions with either concrete or pavers. System Pavers provided the optimal solution with quality and value. The project planning process was simple. The website is very helpful explaining the different phases. Todd Schmidt did a great job as project manager. He was either calling or onsite each day checking on progress. Weather caused a few setbacks but Todd made sure the crew kept to schedule. The crew was friendly and professional and brought up any concerns i.e., how to improve drainage. The only minor issue was final clean-up but Todd stayed on top of it. The pavers make a huge difference. We are happy we made the choice with our landscaping project. Just to note. We have some minor pooling of water in one section of pavers. However, the company has been responsive on getting this corrected. Again, happy customer.

We recently had System Pavers installed and overall happy with the work completed. However, we noticed one area that pooled water which was a concern. We submitted a service request uncertain how long or difficult this would be reviewed. Project Manager, Justin Beard, responded to our request and took immediate action. He personally visited our home and reassured that it would be corrected. Justin made the process simple and promptly got the job done. Overall, Justin was extremely professional and very customer focused. Thank you, Justin.

Outstanding work, Justin and the crew were very respectable, friendly and courteous and worked well together. All our questions were answered promptly. My wife and I are very happy and satisfied with the work done.

System Pavers just completed our outdoor patio. Consultant Wade Draper designed our vision and Project Manager Todd Schmidt brought it to life. Todd inspected and ensured progress every day. He is very responsive to questions and ensured we were completely satisfied with the outcome. Work crew was timely, professional and reliable. I HIGHLY recommend this company! We love our new 14’ patio, sitting wall, walkway and backyard. Now we need to purchase a fire pit and patio chairs!

My recent experience with System Pavers has been nothing short of a disaster, and I feel compelled to share my frustration to prevent others from falling into the same predicament. The job they started at my property is far from complete, leaving me in a state of profound disappointment.

Initially, the System Pavers engineer visited my home, measured the area, and provided a quote of $15,000. After some inexplicable negotiation, the quote was miraculously lowered to $11,000. This should have set off warning bells, but I proceeded, oblivious to the impending issues.

The engineer confidently assured me that the entire project would be finished within 30 days. However, here I am, six months later, and the job is still not fully completed. The level of incompetence displayed by System Pavers in meeting their own timelines is beyond comprehension.

To compound matters, the incorrect measurements they took resulted in the destruction of my grass, requiring a costly reconstruction of my yard. The lack of attention to detail is staggering and has left my property in disarray.

Adding insult to injury, they disassembled my fence during the project and, astonishingly, never bothered to reassemble it. My property is now exposed and vulnerable due to their neglect.

In conclusion, my experience with System Pavers has been a nightmare, and the job they started remains incomplete. From the inflated quotes to the extensive delays, wrong measurements, and utter disregard for the state of my property, I strongly caution anyone considering their services to explore alternative options. Save yourself from the ongoing frustration, inconvenience, and financial burden that comes with hiring System Pavers. They are a company to be avoided at all costs!
