We Contacted Jerry's during the worst of the Great Blackout/Snowstorm of 2021 for help with a busted pipe- like every other homeowner in SA this week. Jerry has been incredibly polite, professional, helpful, transparent and even followed up to check on us a day after we contacted him! We haven't even been able to have him service our home-cause it's still snowing- but I'm posting this review anyways because of how comfortable he has made us feel at a time when I'm certain he is NOT hurting for work.

I used Jerrys Pipe Check Plumbing to install a water heater. Several of the pipes he used were cast-iron and they rusted and leaked within two years. I tried calling him and left many messages and texts with him and he never called me back. But I do not recommend this company.
I hired an individual who, just by looking at the photo I sent him and you're looking at below came with all the brass fittings and repaired it in 90 minutes. My cost of labor was only $100. Much much less than Jerry.
