Good service found what I needed. Line is kind of slow.

Picked up a part for Caroma toilet. Service was slow but they were very friendly and courteous.

Great guys but super slow service. Needs improvement in that area.

Great service!! Impossible to find headed from freeway. Faces away from road. I passed it twice. They were the only store in town that still carrys parts for the "free" Caroma toilet the city gave out.

Typical old fashion Plumbing Store. I'm glad there was No Stools because then they have long conversations with their regulars. Had a short wait but I got what I needed. I can always price check at Box Stores. No restock fee for returns, I like that!

Didn’t have all the parts once I showed up, way to go I enjoy driving to 2 plumbing stores.

Be prepared for extremely long wait to be attended at counter. Today, I had to leave without talking to any employee.

These guys are super slow. Expect to wait a hour for the guy to get the material you ordered 2hrs in advance

1140 AM and they close their doors and no more answering of phones on a Saturday morning.

Said open online counter sales door open, gates are all locked and no one answering phone after I drove all the way here. Guess there having a party. Make sure actually open before wasting time
