I've previously engaged San Antonio Due South Plumbing for minor tasks, and recently required their services to change our leaking water heater. It was late on a Saturday evening, but Malachi was at our place within 30 minutes of my initial contact. He dove right into the job without any unnecessary distractions or sales pitches, providing only the essential facts and his professional advice. The service was reasonably priced and there were no unexpected issues or 'gotchas' along the way. Malachi was well-equipped, courteous, meticulous, and worked diligently to replace our water heater within a few hours. This ensured we had hot water again before it was time for bed. We really appreciate Malachi and his team's swift and efficient service!

Wow! My plumber, cameron, was polite, communicative, and well-informed while also being mindful of my time. He was so nice to my kids during his time here in San Antonio. He went the extra mile to ensure good value and a thorough explanation of possible future plumbing solutions. We had roots and a blockage in our ancient (clay pipes) sewer lines in the basement. We also had to have the lines checked to see if putting in a new toilet would be feasible. Thanks! You can tell the company is under new management, they are doing an excellent job now.

Malachi is fantastic. He communicates well, arrives on time, is caring, professional, and easy to work with. We first called for help with a broken water line. Malachi came out, gave us a fair quote, and got the job done quickly. Then we discovered we had a broken sewer line. It was a big task that required digging up our backyard and installing a new sewer line into the alley. They worked well with the excavator and the city to complete everything in just a couple of days. Malachi personally checked the work his team was doing to make sure it was done right. I appreciate how he is genuinely invested in making sure everything is perfect; it really shows his integrity and pride. He even improved some plumbing that another plumber had installed poorly. Malachi earned our trust, and we plan to hire them for a big remodeling project soon.
