Best after sales service n follow up service after repair work is done! It was very generous of Andres to help me out n install a free n new drain pipe that was not within my budget ! My tree big branch fell onto to roof n Andres immediately did a temporary fix with a tarp to protect the roof for free until i coyud gather funds for the repair work of $2.5k while all other roofing companies quoted $3k. He took care of the roof like his own, n personally came back to check things out after the roof n drain pipe repair work was done by his workers n Andres did a little caulking work that I requested for a small crack for a final perfect touch! The week before we were moving out of state and listing our house we found out there was some damage to our roof. We contacted Arrium Roofing and within a few days they came out for an evaluation, gave us their recommendations (that was seconded by our insurance adjuster) and a couple of reasonable options. They had the job scheduled as soon as insurance gave their approval and the job was completed a couple of days later. They sent photos of the evaluation, the job in progress and the completed roof. They really helped out with communication with our insurance with alleviated a good part of the financial stress. Very professional through the whole process. Our house sold within days of listing and I believe their great work contributed to a quick sale. No reservations recommending their services.

Atrium Roofing's roofing team expertly handled my roof repairs. My insurance company was requiring repairs to my roof and the team came out and promptly gave me an estimate. They were available much sooner than I expected and the repairs were done in a quick and professional manner. Atrium Roofing is the best of the best when it comes to roofing and inspection.
Our insurance tried to pull a fast one on us when we called for an inspection. They claimed there was no wind or hail damage and would not cover our roofing repairs.
Andres Gomez from atrium arrived like a superhero and found every issue that the insurance inspector failed to identify.
Within a couple weeks atrium was already on my roof and in 2-3 days it was all taken care of.

Highly recommend. And I’m an extra note, the customer service was unbelievable. At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of.

Atrium Roofing did a fantastic job on my roof. I was concerned about waviness on my 2 year old roof they completed and the OWNER of the company came out on a Saturday to inspect my roof. Jose is a respectful owner that looks out for his customers. He assured me the wavy look is from the beams on the roof and the decking but overall all shingles were intact and great condition. Adhesive was good all around the roof. I appreciate the customer service and Jose the owner of Atrium for being awesome.

Nobody can compete with these guys a crew of 12 men showed up at 7 am monsters game on everything to spec they beat out 9 other estimates do your roof like i did radiant berier plywood over your existing plywood nomore hot house in summer ☀️ then the rain gutter guys came the next day there the best company believe me I looked for months have a great day. 👍

These guys did a phenomenal job. From Blake the rep they sent out to inspect to the roofers. Had several issues with my roof and it needed to be replaced. The work was done quickly and superbly. And very important to me, they respected my property. They cleaned up everything. And Blake even came back to check and make sure not a single nail was left behind. I have dogs and don't need debri in my yard. My new roof is beautiful. The entire process was perfect. Highly recommend Atrium. A+

Atrium Roofing did a phenomenal job. Mr. Jose Puente and his team were professional and punctual. Mr. Puente helped in the inspection with our insurance company, which determined our roof had several issues (hail and wind damage) had to be replaced. We coordinated with Mr. Puente in selecting the best materials due to severe weather condition in this area. We upgraded our shingles to a Class 4 (water proof & impact resistance). Also, had the gutters replaced too. Mr. Puente was able to add an additional solar fan which we needed at no cost. We coordinated with Mr. Puente on how to pay for the roof (deductible plus insurance cost) which was very reasonable. We set a date for construction and his team completed the new roof in one day and gutters the next day. This included scraping off the old roof & gutter, taking it away, putting on the new roof, and cleaning up all scraps & nails of the old roof before leaving! His team did such an excellent job of removal you would have never known, they worked on the roof. Our new roof and gutters are simply beautiful. My wife and I would highly recommend Atrium Roofing to anybody who needs their roof work done right! 5 stars!!

We just had Artuim Roofing replace our roof in August 2024. Andreas conducted our inspection and presentation; it was very detailed. The work was completed in only one day and Andreas was on site the entire time. He answered many questions during installation process, very pressed. Did I mentioned, I had multiple quotes and they were the best. I highly recommend them, the team done a great job.

A roofing company you can count on!!! From the first appointment, Juan T. made a point to get to know me. He explained things to me in detail and made me feel so comfortable in my investment on a new roof! From the appointment all the way to the follow up day, he gave me a personal phone number and answered calls and texts of any questions, concerns or just needing a conformation of delivery and start! He was professional the WHOLE time! The crew, AMAZING as well! They worked so hard all day long and completed our roof in one day!!! It was mesmerizing to watch. They have a system and it works!!! There was someone circling the house ALL day picking up scraps and picking up trash that had fallen! My homeowner insurance agent recommended Atrium to replace my hail damaged roof. The agent had also used them for his roof. The representative came out and gave a detailed presentation of what differentiated them from the unscrupulous ones, no high pressure sales pitch just useful information whether I went with them or not. They worked with my insurance to determine coverage and came out and did a wonderful job. The project supervisor was present to explain the progress and to address any questions on installation day. Andres was highly professional and I recommend Atrium without any reservations.

José has been a big help. He was able to walk me thru the whole roofing process with no pressure. His team came in and completed all tasks in a timely manner.

Wow, there’s so much I can say but I will keep it short. I have never had to get a roof replaced on any of my homes before so this was my first time. Experiencing it with Atrium Roofing and working with Andres was great. He was always answering the phone even when I felt like I was bugging him too much. The workers worked really hard from the moment they got on the roof. I was really impressed with how hard they worked. So much respect for the company, Andres, the staff and the workers. Andres walked me through the entire process. He was patient, friendly, and professional with me. I would refer to any and everyone.
