We have had this company paint cabinets and walls, install lighting, sink fixtures, toilet and replace exterior fascia boards, add crown molding and add cabinet pulls. All the work was satisfactory and done with care and concern. They kept in touch by text and followed through as needed. Many friends have admired the work done at our house.

We just bought a home with a lot of wallpaper. I thought I knew how to take it off but took off much more than wallpaper. I was peeling off the brown paper too. My neighbor showed me the work Ivan had done for them. I didn’t need to look any further to fix my wall. He was professional in his work and manner. He kept me informed with video of progress as I wasn’t able to be there. From what I see, I have a very nice , new looking textured wall. My daughter says the wall looks great, perfect. She now wants to have work done by him. Thanks Ivan for having pride in your work. It shows. On to the next project!

He built a kitchen pantry that is gorgeous which is an odd descriptive word for a pantry but it his. Beautiful trim work. Absolute skilled craftsmanship. It’s difficult to find this level of quality, attention to detail and skill in San Antonio.

(He can do absolutely anything you need around the house) When he insulated my attic, he used more insulation than I even asked for, just to make sure I was satisfied. Update: after the Great Hailstorm of 2020, we hired Ivan to replace our roof. He and his team did an outstanding job, his price was reasonable, and he used top-quality shingles and materials. I hope we don’t see another storm like that one for 30 years..but if it happens I’ll just call Ivan again.

Ivan has been the only person we called to get our fountain working. He has also done other jobs for us as well. Highly recommend!

Ivan has done excellent work on multiple projects over the years for us and never lets us down. Most recently we had a backyard fence that was rotten and had fallen over. Ivan was able to remove the old fence and rebuild the new one within 2 days at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Ivan and his company for any renovation or landscaping projects you may need.

We have used Ivan for a number of jobs in our new home, and it's amazing how much he is able to do, and how well he is able to do everything. Our most recent project was a full bathroom remodel taken down to the studs after flood damage. This is the second bathroom he has done for us. Ivan is a perfectionist that makes sure it's done right, even if it's something nobody else would notice.

He will definitely be our first call for any future jobs.

Ivan just completed a bathroom remodel for us. He converted a large Jack and Jill bathroom into two separate en suites for my kids. He also added a laundry closet for a stackable unit within this same space. This was all done in our upper level. Ivan understood our vision and was such a delight to work with. He was respectful of our living space, kept it as clean as possible and protected our spaces from damage. We saved the existing cabinets to keep cost down. He was able to re enamel them to perfection and even was able to fill existing hardware holes and make them completely invisible. His tile work was hands down, the best I have ever seen in the industry. He has such an eye for perfection. He will not disappoint. Any change orders, modifications, or requests were accepted with a smile and a “ no problem”. We were out of town for about 75% of this project. We trusted him not only with the project but to respect our home. He is a man of integrity and a man of his word. You will not find a better person for your job.

ARGC was so easy to work with. My new roof was installed in April, 2018, and I could not be happier with it. Ivan Odio was knowledgeable about the product and warranties and estimates. I have had many compliments on the look of the new roof. The hardest part of the process was choosing a shingle color, since it's not always easy to choose from a sample. Mine turned out great. The roofers were hard-working, and completed it in one day. All roofing nails and materials were cleaned up to my satisfaction.
