Marshall Karl has been one of the greatest inspectors to provide a professional, compassionate, and expedient service in the time I’ve been a homeowner. This fellow Marine Combat Veteran needs a promotion ASAP. Promote above peers & retain at all costs.

Mr. Karl came & insisted the roof. No bs went straight to the point. Have me great advise. Pointed us in the right direction for our next step. Even offered to come back to check the progression of the issue. Didn't need a roof. But Mr. Karl treated us like we were a big bill customer. Thank you sir.

Carlos and the Apex team stayed with me through the whole process. Helped fight the insurance company for coverage on everything that was effected by the storm, not just the roof. Water damage in house from roof leak, blown down fence, broken glass. Great roofing guys. Very respectful and goes above and beyond just roofing. I would not recommend any one else to do your roof. John came out to give us a free inspection on our roof after the recent hail storms. John was courteous, thorough, well mannered, and most importantly Honest. To our relief, our roof is still in good condition which John pointed out and assured us. He still took the time to blow off some leaves that had collected on our roof! John Saenz and his crew were all very professional, went to all my neighborhoods to ensure they were aware that they were on site installing a roof and if any debris blew over to their area APEX will attend to their needs as soon as possible. My neighbor's were in need of a fix to their roof. They don't speak English so I helped them by translating for them. Vanesa answered all their questions, plus she made them feel more comfortable when she told them she could speak and understand Spanish. Is things like this that help businesses stay afloat.

Absolutely five stars! The roofers came out quickly and got the job done faster than I expected. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional. Apex Roofing & General Contractors comes HIGHLY recommended! We are thoroughly satisfied with work completed these past couple weeks. Apex did a great job on my roof, I was never in the dark (communication)through the whole process everything went smoothly. Love the way they took pics of the roof while they were working on my roof. Through out the day they text me the pics letting me know what they where doing and when they would be done.

We had a hail storm not too long ago. Apex reached out to me and offered to inspect our roof. I was a bit hesitant at first. When Matt Perez from Apex came by to inspect the roof, I immediately felt comfortable with Apex. Matt was kind, on time, and was able to work with my schedule.

I appreciate how Apex was transparent through the process and explained each step along the way. Their crew was efficient the day if install. Still amazed they were able to knock it out in a day!

Side note:
Take a look at Impact Resistant shingles. Much more durable than revalue ones for just a little bit more. I’ll be receiving a discount on my HO insurance.
